Senza aver firmato nulla e senza essere stato avvisato, mi è stata modificata l'offerta, da Infinito Gold Special Edition, che avevo pagato appena un giorno fa, ad Infinito black special edition con un nuovo addebito di € 27. Trovo che il comportamento del negoziante sia stato assolutamente scorretto e per questo oltre a chiedere un rimborso con il ripristino dell'offerta precedente, ho anche avanzato a Vodafone, di cui sono cliente da 24 anni, un reclamo ufficiale. Sono molto deluso, i clienti non si trattano in questo modo.

Mia mamma signora di oltre 70 anni si era recata presso questo negozio sotto mio consiglio per fare un semplice controllo della sua offerta. In sostanza le hanno fatto stipulare un'offerta di fretta e furia per aumentare i giga dicendo che sarebbe stata gratis ma siccome ha una linea fissa pagata sulla carta di credito, il giorno dopo si è vista -25euro!! OFFERTA TOTALMENTE INUTILE IN QUANTO MIA MAMMA HA ANCORA UN TELEFONO CON I TASTI E SENZA INTERNET!! Sicuramente farò cambierò gestore a tutti
After years I can say that after this bad experience I have decided not to enter this shop anymore. My mum over 70 had gone to this shop on my advice to do a simple check of her offer. Basically they made her take out an offer in a hurry to increase the gigs saying it would be free but since she has a fixed line paid on her credit card, the next day she saw -25euro !! TOTALLY USELESS OFFER BECAUSE MY MOTHER STILL HAS A PHONE WITH KEYS AND WITHOUT INTERNET !! I will definitely change manager to everyone
