Oltretutto non vogliono prendersi la responsabilità quando il capo viene ridotto in pessime condizioni con due buchi, bottoni rovinati, cerniere ossidate( tengo a precisare che il giubbino è NUOVO messo SOLO UNA volta).la Bionda e il proprietario con metà capelli bianchi ti mandano via dicendo “cosa vuoi che siano i bottoni così.. è NORMALE che diventino così dopo il lavaggio…” io sono rimasta senza parola.. Magari sono capaci di lavare camicie ma giubbini ASSOLUTAMENTE NO! una raccomandazione a tutti..fatte delle foto ai vostri capi prima del lavaggio,perché potrebbero servirvi se vi dovesse succedere una cosa come questa. Comunque questa lavanderia ha chiuso con me.. io non la consiglio a nessuno per nessun tipo di lavaggio
Bad service, they can say what they want, but they are not capable, that's the truth! Moreover, they do not want to take responsibility when the garment is reduced in poor condition with two holes, damaged buttons, oxidized zippers (I want to clarify that the jacket is NEW ONLY worn once). saying "what do you want buttons like this to be .. it is NORMAL that they become like this after washing ..." I was speechless .. Maybe they are able to wash shirts but jackets ABSOLUTELY NOT! a recommendation to everyone .. take pictures of your clothes before washing, because you might need them if something like this happens to you. However, this laundry is done with me .. I do not recommend it to anyone for any type of washing

Personale maleducato, portato a lavare una giacca e l'ho ritrovato in pessime condizioni, il personale anziché aiutarmi ha chiamato subito le "guardie" ed i carabinieri, almeno loro mi hanno dato ragione ed una mano sul come fare per risolvere il problema.
NON LO CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE, ce ne sono molti altri più affidabili.
Una stella perché non c'era la possibilità di metterne 0
