T	TOMAS EDGARDO FIGUEROA BARAHONA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to change my contract from fastweb, did it perfectly nice even though it was expensive compared to other operators (15 euros per month for 5gigas), I did it because I thought it was the best. In that day, I mentioned that I wanted also to buy an Iphone but they didnt had it on the store so I decided just for the plan. 2 weeks later I have my service, internet blocked! YES BLOCKED! after paying 30 euros of begining. So I paid and then I don't have messages, calls or internet. So this saturday I went there and they told me "my phone crashed" and that I needed "an italian phone". ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I had this phone working around the world with all type of sim card even italian and now this? So she said: " dont worry if you want i can make you this phone at this price". So i understood then it was a strategy to make me buy a phone. Started out with tim then fastweb and now vodafone. Let's try Wind now. -.-
M	Mansour Kashta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst office for Vodafone company.. i changed my line because of them. They are not working. Because of them I paid around 120 Euro. Because they made me signed on something that I don't need. They made be paying as well 60 euro every six months for this device that I don't ask. . Bad company and bad connection. Till now I am paying for something that I don't use and still don't know what I have to do. IF YOU ARE VODAFONE I GIVE AN ADVICE TO CHANGE IT IMMEDIATELY.

I ordered internet for home, but also got a TV box I never asked for, the seller told me I won't pay for it and I immediately returned it, it was 6 months ago. I am still paying for it. I paid close to 100 euros by now. I went to the store close to 10 times asking to cancel it and the seller (not sure what is her name) just found an excuse over and over again each time. I had to go to Milan to find help but also in Milan they told me someone will call me to figure this out - nobody did. At first I though it might be a mistake, then I realized many of my non-italian friends went through the same, with the same seller 50 billion $ company taking money from international students.

A	Arashtech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for more than 20 times for simple issue but no one try to help me and they say it's not our job to help customer.there was young man who was very impolite and never helped me during 20 times. I change the operator because of his behavior. I wish the Vodafone would get tested for social behavior and teach them how they should communicate with customer.
