Vado in questo centro tim per attivare l'offerta PREMIUM MEGA nell'illustrare l'offerta la commessa omette di dire che il pacchetto timvision (gratis per un mese, che io non voglio ) a un costo di attivazione di 9,99 euro, chiamo il 187 e mi dice di tornare al centro tim dove ho fatto il contratto e farmi recedere da questo contratto e farne uno nuovo escludendo il pacchetto tim vision entro 14 giorni ,dopo una settimana torno al centro tin di MORTARA dove si rifiutano di fare questa operazione.
Cosa devo fare rivolgermi ad un avvocato ????????
I feel scammed in the sneakiest way a salesperson can do.
I go to this tim center to activate the PREMIUM MEGA offer in illustrating the offer, the order omits to mention that the timvision package (free for one month, which I don't want) at an activation cost of 9.99 euros, I call 187 and tells me to go back to the tim center where I made the contract and have me withdraw from this contract and make a new one excluding the tim vision package within 14 days, after a week I go back to the tin center in MORTARA where they refuse to do this operation .
What should I do to contact a lawyer ????????
