Ma è evidente che neppure la cercano visto che tutti gli altri corrieri non hanno alcun problema a trovarmi. Servizio indecente. Do 1 stella perché non ne posso dare 0 Totally bad experience. Every time I ordered online, delivery with gls never happened because they can't find my home. Una stella è troppo x questa recensione!! Siamo stati ad aspettare per ben due giorni a casa, ma nessuno ha chiamato ai numeri e nessuno ha citofonato. Pagare per poi andare a riprendere un pacco alla sede? Assurdo. La sede di GLS nazionale dovrebbe rimuovere la concessione ai proprietari della sede GLS Viterbo. Hallucinating experience !! They do not answer either by mail or by phone. There is a recorded disc. Li ho sempre scelti per i prezzi ottimi rispetto alla concorrenza,ora anche il servizio,e poi scopro anche che è un' azienda green!Beh, il massimo! La prima volta c'era il corriere di zona e grazie a lui e il corriere della zona assegnata(erroneamente) sono riuscita ad avere il pacco, ma questa volta che nn c'era il corriere di zona, sono costretta ad andare in sede a prendere il pacco perché hanno scritto che non ero in casa, anche se non era vero! A parte questi pochi operatori finali che cercano di farsi in quattro, per il resto sarebbero tutti da mandare a casa!!!!!!! I have placed an order from abroad twice and when it arrives in Italy they change my country! I corrieri NON MI HANNO MAI CHIAMATA, pur avendo il recapito telefonico e dubito fortemente che abbiano mai citofonato alla mia abitazione. Ho provato a contattare il customer service, INESISTENTE dato che non rinosceva la mia voce e non è stato possibile dare il numero del tracking, pur seguendo alla lettera le istruzioni della voce registrata. Ho dovuto provvedere da me, facendo spedire il pacco in un tabacchino, su consiglio della posta dove è stato spedito il pacco. Preciso che le altre spedizioni con altre aziende avvengono sempre, puntualmente e mi hanno sempre consegnato il pacco. Never again with GLS, BAD EXPERIENCE. I had to arrange for it myself, having the package sent to a tobacconist, on the advice of the post office where the package was sent. I specify that the other shipments with other companies always take place, on time and have always delivered the package to me.
