per 3 volte hanno tentato una consegna in una abitazione vuota e non si sono degnati di lasciare un avviso o chiamare o mandare mail. se non chiamavo io quante volte avrebbero fatto avanti/indietro da Viterbo?
poi quando ho chiamato l'operatore molto scortese ha detto "noi a Civitavecchia ci siamo solo di mattina ed il sabato non consegniamo".
ho fatto intervenire il venditore altrimenti avrei annullato l'ordine.
evito altri commenti perchè potrei essere offensivo
professionalism does not even know where it is at home.
3 times they attempted a delivery to an empty house and did not deign to leave a notice or call or send mail. if I didn't call how many times would they have moved back / forth from Viterbo?
then when I called the very rude operator he said "we in Civitavecchia are only there in the morning and we don't deliver on Saturdays".
I had the seller intervene otherwise I would have canceled the order.
I avoid other comments because I could be offensive
