★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potevo mettere mettevo 0 stelle. Consegne non pattuite. Destinatario sconosciuto senza nemmeno una chiamata per dire dove si trova o altro e in attesa da 3 giorni per una spedizione. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essere presi a parolacce dal corriere non è stata una bella esperienza..... Sono disgustata dalla maleducazione di quel Signore (se si può chiamare così quella persona). Ho chiamato il numero della sede a Viterbo per segnalare l'accaduto ma nessuno risponde. Viva la serietà!!!!
Being taken into profanity by the courier was not a good experience ..... I am disgusted by the rudeness of that Lord (if you can call that person that). I called the number of the office in Viterbo to report the incident but no one answers. Long live seriousness !!!!

Sto aspettando un pacco da 10 giorni, dicono di essere passati ma niente. Provo a chiamare al servizio clienti ma niente non solo ti fanno PAGARE ogni minuto di attesa, dopo ore e ore sprecate e di soldi buttati, ATTACCANO.
In tutto ciò il mio pacco ancora non è arrivato e non so davvero più a chi rivolgermi.
I HAVE NEVER SEEN A SERVICE THAT IS SO EMBARRASSING IN MY LIFE.
I am waiting for a 10 day package, they say they have passed but nothing. I try to call customer service but nothing they just make you PAY for every minute of waiting, after hours and hours wasted and wasted money, they ATTACK.
In all this, my package has not yet arrived and I really don't know who to turn to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È vergognoso che un pacco in consegna il 30 marzo sia sparito e non si sa che fine abbia fatto, tra l'altro già pagato. Ultimo aggiornamento pacco smarrito o rotto. Non c'è un operatore con cui parlare, al massimo ti scrivono per mail. Da evitare assolutamente, per fortuna ci sono tante altre ditte di corrieri impeccabili.
