★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio pessimo, pur troppo il citofono non funziona ed il coriere ha lasciato più di una volta l'avviso di non consegna del pacco, si precisa che altri corrieri consegnano e hanno la decenza di AVVISARE TELEFONICAMENTE!!!

Doveva consegnare oggi al mio indirizzo e invece non è nemmeno passato (infatti non ha citofonato né lasciato avviso) dal tracking risulta che ha tentato consegna e ritenterà domani, invece ha lasciato il pacco all’hub oggi nel primo pomeriggio. Semplicemente vergognoso! A UPS posso solo consigliare di scegliere meglio il personale e attivare un servizio clienti vero (non c’è un numero da contattare).
Bad service. He had to deliver today to my address and instead it hasn't even passed (in fact he hasn't intercomed or left a notice) from the tracking shows that he attempted delivery and will try again tomorrow, instead he left the package at the hub today in the early afternoon. Simply shameful! I can only advise UPS to better choose staff and activate real customer service (there is no number to contact).
