Ormai arrivati a venerdì sera, e vergognandosi di non aver svolto il lavoro per il quale sono pagati, si sono miseramente inventati che dopo due tentativi di consegna del pacco (con tutta la famiglia in casa) si sono riportati via merce lasciando un avviso (ovviamente è l'ennesima falsità). Maleducati della peggior specie, poca professionalità e menefreghismo. Non affidate i vostri oggetti di valore a questi ciarlatani. I have been waiting for a package for two days, with a delivery scheduled by themselves. By now arrived on Friday evening, and being ashamed of not having done the work for which they are paid, they miserably invented that after two attempts to deliver the package (with the whole family at home) they returned the goods by leaving a notice (obviously is yet another falsehood). Rude of the worst kind, lack of professionalism and indifference. Don't entrust your valuables to these charlatans.

Professionalità pari a sottozero .. corrieri strafottenti e addetti al servizio clienti di un'ignoranza neanche nei peggior bar di caracas!! Sono un negoziante e a causa loro ho perso delle vendite importanti che in questo periodo facevano comodo. Sono giorni che sto aspettando 5 colli dal mio fornitore e ad oggi manca ancora un pacco nonostante in deposito fossero già arrivati. E questa storia va avanti dal 21.12, inutile dire che il sito aggiornava la situazione dopo ogni mia chiamata (tempo di attesa più di 45 Min)e mi rimandava al giorno seguente la consegna... Absolutely to be avoided like the bubonic plague .... Professionalism equal to subzero .. arrogant couriers and customer service staff of ignorance even in the worst bars in caracas !! I am a shopkeeper and because of them I have lost some important sales which in this period were useful. I have been waiting for 5 packages from my supplier for days and today there is still a package missing even though they had already arrived in storage. And this story has been going on since 21.12, needless to say that the site updated the situation after each of my calls (waiting time more than 45 Min) and sent me back to the day following the delivery ...

Premetto che nel tracking c'era scritto che consegnavano in giornata (in tre giornate consecutive), quindi ti costringono a stare in casa e facendoti prendere giorni di ferie, anche se il pacco non è stato preso in consegna dal corriere. Ho chiesto il numero del corriere in modo tale da poterlo raggiungere, ma tiravano fuori sempre delle scuse... Alla fine sono riuscita a parlare con una signora della filiale che mi ha detto che il corriere non aveva proprio preso in carico il mio pacco, anche se mi era stato detto diversamente. Inoltre secondo loro c'è stato un tentativo di consegna documentato da un avviso. Falso!!! L'avviso non c'era! Per non parlare poi del corriere che ha lanciato il pacco nonostante ci siamo precipitati da lui... Fortunatamente il telefono sembra non aver subito danni.... Fortunately, the phone seems not to have suffered any damage .... Bad in everything
G	Giordana pellegrino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ampio parcheggio e Velocità di ritiro migliore rispetto alla consegna, nei periodi festivi non arrivano mai e ti mettono in tentata consegna anche se non è vero. Quindi meglio ritirare al deposito ?? chi fa da se fa x3 ? Ample parking and better pick-up speed than delivery, during holidays they never arrive and they put you in tentative delivery even if it is not true. So better to withdraw to the deposit ?? who does it by itself makes x3 ?
