F	Francesco Desantis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizi un po' altalenanti, si va dell'eccellenza alla sufficienza, non sempre va tutto come deve. Ovviamente molto dipende dal tipo di pacco/bancale che viene trattato, ma soprattutto dal luogo di provenienza o dove andrebbe spedito. Quando sono dovuto recarmi personalmente presso la sede non ho mai dovuto aspettare troppo (anche se la signora al front office dava sempre la precedenza alle chiamate telefoniche piuttosto che ai clienti in presenza, cosa a mio avviso scorretta). Ho notato delle volte un certo nervosismo nelle risposte, ma chi non lo sarebbe con una mole di lavoro del genere?, inoltre nel bene o nel male, alla fine ho sempre risolto tutto e non ho mai avuto problemi alla merce, che alla fine quello che conta è quello. Furthermore, for better or for worse, in the end I always solved everything and I never had problems with the goods, which in the end that what matters is that.

Oggi alla consegna di un telefono di un buon valore commerciale, non hanno suonato al campanello, bensì abbandonato il pacco sopra ad un tavolino da giardino su una strada di passaggio anche pedonale, si nota la scritta Samsung nel cartone, quindi chiunque avrebbe potuto prenderlo. Senza parole per la negligenza dei trasportatori e anche della ditta stessa che non offre la serietà dovuta. Di certo né spedirò né mi farò mai più pervenire materiale da parte di questi incaricati di spedizioni. Farò sempre nota sui miei prossimi ordini di non scegliere loro. INAFFIDABILI Really incompetent. L	Luca De Paolis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCANDALOSI La mia società per avere la consegna di un pacco ha atteso dal 17/03 (appuntamento fissato) al 28/03. L’esperienza è degna di un odissea (BRT può vederla dal reclamo formale che ho esposto), il corriere non saprei come definirlo, ma sicuramente il servizio clienti è irrispettoso ed incompetente .Non si può giocare con le persone, figuriamoci con le società. In altre città in cui opero invece BRT è ben organizzata, ma a Terni e al centralino di Perugia è da rivedere l’organico. PS: Dal 28/03 ai miei clienti non permetto più l’invio dei pacchi con BRT e spiego anche i motivi, gli faccio affidare ad altre società con personale serio e professionale. Non solo a Terni ovviamente, è così che perdete clienti. SCANDALOSIS To have a package delivered, my company waited from 03/17 (fixed appointment) to 03/28. The experience is worthy of an odyssey (BRT can see it from the formal complaint I made), the courier I don't know how to define it, but certainly the customer service is disrespectful and incompetent. You can't play with people, let alone with companies. In other cities where I work, however, BRT is well organized, but in Terni and at the switchboard in Perugia, the staff needs to be reviewed. PS: From 28/03 I no longer allow my customers to send packages with BRT and I also explain the reasons, I entrust them to other companies with serious and professional staff. Not only in Terni of course, this is how you lose customers.

Driver prefers to declare a wrong address rather than making the actual delivery to a location clearly identified on google maps.... we had to go to their office and collect the parcels with again a careless attitude and service. What a disgrace!!
