★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Przyjechałem dużym zestawem na rozładunek lekki grymas pana który w momencie kiedy dowiedział się że towar jest luzem i musi przywozić palety ogólnie całość musiałem rozładować sam gdyż pan sobie tylko woził palety z auta na magazyn sama baza tego magazynu mieści się na końcu ślepej uliczki więc nie ma możliwości nawet zawrócenia dużym zestawem i rozładunek na drodze

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mentre la spedizione era in Italia ... tutto molto bene ... ma quando è arrivata in Messico ... insomma ... ho pagato il servizio in 2-3 giorni e la spedizione è stata ricevuta in più di una settimana ... dovrebbero esaminare il personale inefficiente in Messico che fa sì che le spedizioni non arrivino a destinazione in tempo
while the shipment was in Italy ... all very well ... but when it arrived in Mexico ... well ... I paid for the service in 2-3 days and the shipment was received in more than a week .. they should investigate inefficient personnel in Mexico who cause shipments not to arrive at their destination on time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio a pagamento efficiente e abbastanza rapido per un problema di indirizzo risultato anomalo e quindi non mi hanno consegnato il pacco anche se avevo lasciato il mio numero di cellulare, ma si sa a questi frega davvero poco ….due stelle solo per la gentilezza al telefono, quando mi sono recato alla DHL chiedendo spiegazioni al ritiro di persona del pacco non sapevano neanche darmi una risposta nonostante abito in un palazzo dove abbastanza centrale e con indirizzo molto dettagliato mah….
Paying service efficient and fast enough for an address problem that resulted abnormal and therefore they did not deliver the package to me even though I had left my mobile number, but you know they really don't care ... two stars just for the kindness on the phone , when I went to DHL asking for explanations to collect the package in person, they didn't even know how to give me an answer even though I live in a building where quite central and with a very detailed address, mah….
