★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La simpatia e la disponibilità del personale meritano un giudizio positivo, anche se le stanze, sebbene abbastanza spaziose, non sono un granché, risultando datate e con servizi limitati. Degni di nota gli asciugamani (lino?). Mi è sembrato un hotel pulito. Colazione accettabile. Centralissimo. Parcheggio a pagamento disponibile.
 The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff deserve a positive opinion, even if the rooms, although quite spacious, are not very good, being dated and with limited services. Noteworthy are the towels (linen?). I thought it was a clean hotel. Acceptable breakfast. Very central. Paid parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel carino, vicinissimo al Palazzo dei Papi. Le stanze non sono grandissime ma sono pulite e ben riscaldate. Il personale è professionale. La colazione è inclusa ma personalmente non l'ho provata essendo svegliato tardi. Unica pecca, forse le stanze sono un po' troppo attaccate le une alle altre, di notte infatti ho sentito diversi rumori provenire dalle camere adiacenti. Riassumendo, lo consiglio per chi vuole stare in pieno centro storico e non ha grandissime pretese. Per il parcheggio ci sta una stradina vicina, via Sant'Agostino dove non ci sono strisce blu.
Nice hotel, very close to the Palazzo dei Papi. The rooms are not huge but they are clean and well heated. The staff are professional. Breakfast is included but I personally didn't try it as I woke up late. The only flaw, perhaps the rooms are a little too attached to each other, in fact at night I heard several noises coming from the adjacent rooms. In summary, I recommend it for those who want to stay in the historic center and have no great claims. For the parking there is a nearby street, via Sant'Agostino where there are no blue stripes.
