The flours are of the highest quality, I've been using them for a couple of years. I finally managed to go and visit the company in person. They are very kind and professional. They explained to us in depth the differences between the flours to work them better.

Exceptional products and trained and available staff for every type of food requirement and for lots of advice. I really appreciate it and it seems incredible to me to be able to personally see the land on which the wheat that I find on my plate, in my home, transformed into pasta is grown. The desserts, bread and pizza I prepare with their flours are excellent and everyone in the family is benefiting from them. Well done!
