F	Francesco Cozza Caposavi Ves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dover essere così severo, ma i crostini pagati come antipasto presentavano appena un accenno di paté del supermercato (peraltro senza presentare differenze tra i tre tipo, avevano tutti lo stesso sapore, forse perché il crostini è tutto pane e niente paté). Per ciò che concerne invece l'antipasto a 19 euro per minimo due persone, per quasi 40 euro bisognerebbe offrire qualcosa in più. Arrivano due piatti con qualche salume e qualche formaggio davvero scarni, peraltro anche quelli senza infamia e senza gloria. In zona si trova molto meglio, e per la tradizione toscana offrire quei paté e' un insulto alla storia di questa regione. Unica nota positiva la gentilezza della signora, cordiale e simpatica. Ma alla fine abbiamo pagato come se fossimo andati al ristorante, spizzicando qualche salumino messo in croce. Il locale era mezzo pieno si, ma perché a sovana sono praticamente quasi tutti chiudi. Da rivedere! I'm sorry to have to be so strict, but the croutons paid for as an appetizer had just a hint of supermarket pate (moreover, with no differences between the three types, they all tasted the same, perhaps because the croutons are all bread and no pate). As for the starter at 19 euros for a minimum of two people, for almost 40 euros something more should be offered. Two dishes arrive with some really thin cold cuts and cheeses, even those without infamy and without glory. In the area it is much better, and for the Tuscan tradition offering those pates is an insult to the history of this region. The only positive note is the kindness of the lady, friendly and nice. But in the end we paid as if we had gone to the restaurant, nibbling some sausage put on the cross. The place was half full, yes, but because in sovana almost all of them are closed. To be reviewed!

Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente e dispone di tavolini all'esterno, all'interno vendono anche vini e prodotti locali. Ci siamo fermati ed era pieno, gentilmente ci hanno tenuto il posto e poi chiamato nel momento in cui si è liberato il tavolo. Il servizio è buono e i tempi di attesa non sono per niente lunghi. Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene e con porzioni giuste. I prezzi sono onesti. Se siete li in zona fermatevi. We stopped in this place because it was recommended to us by other people and I must say they were right. The restaurant is small but welcoming and has tables outside, inside they also sell wines and local products. We stopped and it was full, they kindly held the seat for us and then called the moment the table cleared. The service is good and the waiting times are not long at all. We ate really well and with the right portions. Prices are fair. If you are in the area, stop by.

Sebbene le materie prime siano buone, pappa al pomodoro, ribollita e altro non sono proprio piatti tipici e per questo lo ritengo buono per una sosta rifocillante ma non raccomando per un escursione di sapori locali.
