Ci siamo accomodati al tavolo e la cameriera, alquanto scortese per tutta la serata, ha detto di aver pazienza perché avevano solo una cucina e i clienti erano arrivati tutti insieme. Fatto sta che i pici erano collosi le porzioni scarse e i prezzi non bassi! Let's say there is definitely better! La finestra da direttamente sulla piazzetta centrale e ci si trova davanti la chiesa. Location di altri tempi. Ottima colazione, abbondante e variegata. Great one night stay in the center of one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy. Room as a baby bed but with all the dispensable and clean comfort. The window directly from the central square and you are in front of the church. Location of other times. Excellent breakfast, abundant and varied.

Il tortino di patate era vecchio di mesi è quella cosa definita tartufo una brodaglia che si trova nei barattoli al Conad. Infine LA Tagliata...... troppo cotta , sciocca , dura, ai funghi porcini ..... risultati essere champignon...... ( doveva essere al tartufo...ma un errore ci può stare!!) il caffè.... no grazie....siamo andati al bar accanto , per scoprire che il ristorante ha cambiato mille gestioni . Ora vorrei aggiungere l ho cercato sulla guida Michelin e mai era successa una cosa del genere. Da evitare assolutamente...... dimenticavo .... 80 euro.... senza ricevuta As of wine, the Morellino di Scansano worst of all LA my life, recommended by a waitress who is defined not drink !! Abbiamo iniziato veramente bene le nostre vacanze, anche coccolati dal gentilissimo Andrea, che ci ha consigliato un ottimo vino autoctono da abbinare ai piatti scelti: pici all'aglione, pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale, trippe, tagliata con rucola e lardo di colonnata, e..... uno spettacolare tortino di cioccolato con marmellata di arance. La sera prima di partire.... siamo tornati. Ogni altro commento è superfluo... Right in the center of Sovana, there is this elegant and welcoming restaurant. We started our holidays really well, also pampered by the very kind Andrea, who recommended an excellent native wine to combine with the chosen dishes: pici all'aglione, pappardelle with wild boar ragù, tripe, cut with rocket and colonnata lard, and ..... a spectacular chocolate cake with orange marmalade. The night before we left .... we returned. Any other comment is superfluous ...

Un piacere aver mangiato qui, e certamente torneremo. Beautiful setting, very tasty and special foods ... and, above all, the great kindness of the restaurateurs, who really made us feel welcomed and pampered. A pleasure to have eaten here, and we will certainly return.
