The location is different then in the pictures or the map.(see pic) Where we were expecting a tremendous view, we landed in a location without any view. (See pic) Breakfast was in a bar somewhere else,save yourself the trouble to book. All in all ... Pitigliano is beautiful,but I do NOT recommend this provider unless it is clear which room you book. There are better places in Pitigliano..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Our location was good, wonderful view at night from the back terrace. At the entrance to "old Town" and all the fabulous restaurants & Sights. Breakfast is served in small cafe on street level, friendly, excellent coffee. Ours was a "Historic" building but nicely redone & satisfactory allowing you to be in the center of everything.. Negative: No elevators, our room on 3rd floor, hard work if you have heavy luggage and/or are a "Senior". Be careful which of their buildings and rooms you are getting. They have several different locations and parking spots for guests. All are not the same..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: This hotel is such a wonderful place to spend a night in. Right after arriving the owner showed us the near by garage and even helped us to carry our stuff from the car to the hotel room. The room itself was a really perfect match with the beautiful city around. It was in one of the old buildings you actually want to see in this city and you can feel the love they put into it. The room has access to a peaceful terrace and offers the perfect view of the main buildingfront of the city. The restaurant nearby that belongs to the hotel was completely tasty. We can totally recommend this hotel and would have loved to stay longer!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a cute restaurant and a nice location as you enter the beautiful city but by far the worst meal we have had in Italy so far. The caprese tomatoes were of a poor grocery store quality, bland and colorless. The Ragu was fine but nothing exciting. The pizza was less than okay. It literally tasted liked a frozen DiGiorno pizza. The service staff was kind and helpful.
