Hunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After parking to walk to the walled city we saw the quintessential restaurate owner standing outside his business, his smiling and inviting face sucked us in to garden restaurant like a magnet. Olive Garden would be wise to recruit this iconic looking guy to market their goods. Il Grottino Restaurant overlooked the chasem Pitligliano towered above with an awesome view of the fortress as well. This is what we enjoyed until the awesome food arrived. My wife had an amazing pasta dish while I enjoyed the best veal sautéd in butter and herbs I could ever imagine. i wanted to return but it didn't work out. The service, the view and the food couldn't be beat.

But whether you are going for pizza or a more intricate meal, this place has it. Excellent-friendly service, be sure to try their home made sweets. Sobrepasó todas mis expectativas. Muy amables y ni hablar de la vista. El mejor atardecer de Toscana.
K	Kurt Boeykens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A almost complete disaster. Our pizza's were not eatable. They were swimming in olive oil. They offered us new ones but we were to dissapointed and refused. We payed the complete bill. The foto's on the website are rather exclusive. They served us in really dirty clothes.

The view of the town and countryside is great. However: having the staff continually shout at each other in the kitchen was not nice. Seeing the chef coming out of the kitchen smoking was not pleasant. The 4Euro Tiramisu arrived in a plastic dish either shop brought or commercially made. (For those from the UK the Tiramisu was as good as you get from Sainsburys). As I mentioned the house red wine was poor and finally the service in attentive.

A	Alison Hooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful character restaurant with an amazing view of Pitigliano. Parked 40 metres away and were so pleased we decided to eat lunch there. Basically a small indoor kitchen with excellent outdoor seating with a stunning view. Good food too. Thank you.
