★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto oggi lunedì 27 luglio con mia moglie a Pitigliano attirato dalle sue bellezze di cui avevo letto. Volevo recarmi all'ufficio del turismo e ho scoperto sul sito che il lunedì è sempre chiuso. Quindi essendo oggi lunedì non posso andare. Mi sembra un pessimo esempio di attenzione ai turisti e al turismo in generale. E lo dico da persona che ha vissuto a Siena 10 anni e che è innamorato della Toscana. Mi mancava Pitigliano e volevo che potessimo godercelo al meglio anche col supporto dell'ufficio del Turismo. Voto zero a chi ha deciso questa chiusura del lunedì.

Dopo aver postato questa critica sono andato a cercare un negozio che vendesse guide di Pitigliano. Fortuna mi ha portato a 'Le Chicce del Borgo' e alla sua gentilissima titolare, la signora Barbara. Oltre a acquistare la guida, cosa normale, la signora ha dedicato a me e mia moglie almeno 20 minuti per spiegarci tutti i posti che meritava vedere a Pitigliano. Sarebbe una buona idea nominarla 'responsabile' dell"ufficio turistico tutti i lunedi di chiusura. Ne guadagnerebbe l'immagine di Pitigliano e il turismo e i turisti, tanto più di questi tempi. I came today on Monday 27 July with my wife to Pitigliano attracted by her beauties of which I had read. I wanted to go to the tourist office and found out on the website that Monday is always closed. So being Monday today I can't go. It seems to me a bad example of attention to tourists and tourism in general. And I say this as a person who has lived in Siena for 10 years and who is in love with Tuscany. I missed Pitigliano and I wanted us to enjoy it to the fullest even with the support of the Tourist Office. Zero vote to those who decided this Monday closing.

After posting this criticism I went to look for a shop that sold Pitigliano guides. Fortuna led me to 'Le Chicce del Borgo' and its very kind owner, Mrs. Barbara. In addition to buying the guide, which is normal, the lady dedicated my wife and I at least 20 minutes to explaining all the places she deserved to see in Pitigliano. It would be a good idea to name her 'manager' of the tourist office every closing Monday. The image of Pitigliano and tourism and tourists, especially these days, would gain. Thanks again, Mrs Barbara!
