Era pieno quindi suppongo siano andati in affanno. la caponata buona! Mi dispiace non aver trovato la qualità di un tempo ma prometto di riprovare, magari era una serata no. I haven't tried the pizza. Probably good. Cooking in addition to eternal expectations brought me a bad standard and an overcooked sword. It was full so I guess they went into trouble. good caponata! I'm sorry not to have found the quality of the past but I promise to try again, maybe it was a bad evening.

Colazione ottima con prodotti fatti in casa. La sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell’hotel. Ottimi i crudi di pesce i primi e i secondi. Anche la pizza è molto buona. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Grazie di tutto! We were guests of the structure for a week with the b & b formula. Clean room with air conditioning and fan. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with homemade products. In the evening we dined at the hotel restaurant. The first and second courses are excellent raw fish. The pizza is also very good. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!

La chef Adelaide ci ha coccolati e fatto sentire a casa, oltre ad essere una cuoca coi fiocchi. Solo prodotti di stagione: alalunga fresca in insalata e in polpette, contorni della tradizione eoliana-messinese. Un sorriso in più che fa la differenza, oltre alla passione che traspare dalla sua presentazione dei piatti. Peccato non esserci fermati anche a cena. Continua così Adelaide! I can only review the restaurant since I didn't stay there, but it was a really pleasant experience. Chef Adelaide pampered us and made us feel at home, as well as being a great cook. Only seasonal products: fresh albacore in salads and meatballs, side dishes of the Aeolian-Messina tradition. An extra smile that makes the difference, in addition to the passion that transpires from its presentation of the dishes. Too bad we didn't stop for dinner too. Keep it up Adelaide!

Immersa nel verde, tra i profumi dell’isola, la nostra camera era molto carina, completa di tutti i servizi necessari e dotata di un portico esterno con amaca e lettino. Dopo un’accoglienza cordiale da parte di Daniela e tutto lo staff, siamo stati deliziati dai sapori dell’isola grazie ad Adelaide che ci ha servito ottimi piatti locali tra cui lasagna al finocchietto selvatico, ravioli di scorfano, dentice al sale e crudi (gamberi di Mazzara, ombrina, ecc…). Torneremo sicuramente in questo posto magico! We stayed at Villa Rosa with our two children for a week. Surrounded by greenery, among the scents of the island, our room was very nice, complete with all the necessary services and equipped with an outdoor porch with hammock and cot. After a friendly welcome from Daniela and all the staff, we were delighted by the flavors of the island thanks to Adelaide who served us excellent local dishes including wild fennel lasagna, rockfish ravioli, sea bream in salt and raw (prawns). of Mazzara, ombrina, etc ...). We will definitely return to this magical place!
