★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozietto alimentari sono ancora terrorizzati dalla pandemenza ma per fare cassa con una discoteca all'aperto il virus non c'è piu. Ho fatto a meno del negozietto. La piccola rada e pontile non sono più adatti a chi cerca tranquillità e relax perché rovinati da ore di musica assordante organizzata nella spiaggetta fino a notte inoltrata. La ricordavo un'oasi di pace e la ritrovo adatta a un turismo chiassoso. 200 euro per un pontile dove non si può dormire. Addio Filicudi mai più!!
The grocery store are still terrified of the pandemic but to make cash with an outdoor disco the virus is gone. I did without the little shop. The small bay and pier are no longer suitable for those seeking tranquility and relaxation because they are ruined by hours of deafening music organized on the beach until late at night. I remembered it as an oasis of peace and a meeting place suitable for noisy tourism. 200 euros for a dock where you cannot sleep. Farewell Filicudi never again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isola meravigliosa al di fuori del giro del turismo di massa mantiene ancora il fascino dell’isola mediterranea dove si vive solamente di sole, mare e pomodoro condito con una manciata di capperi e ulive.
A wonderful island outside the mass tourism circuit still retains the charm of the Mediterranean island where you live only on sun, sea and tomatoes seasoned with a handful of capers and olives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fermato per un bagno e un breve trekking ai ritrovamenti di Capo Graziano, poca sopra il porto di Filicudi. Sono i resti di un villaggio (non i più antichi dell'isola) di circa tremila anni fa. Posti a mezza costa sul capo, sono invisibili dal mare e permetteva ai suoi abitanti di rimanere protetti dalle incursioni mantenendo una visuale perfetta sul mare dell'isola.
I stopped for a swim and a short trek to the findings of Capo Graziano, just above the port of Filicudi. They are the remains of a village (not the oldest on the island) from about three thousand years ago. Located halfway up the cape, they are invisible from the sea and allowed its inhabitants to remain protected from raids while maintaining a perfect view of the island's sea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francesco and his crew welcome you in a floating ponton Justin front of the nice Filicudi harbour. The water , the landscape and the good atmosphere that the island spread makes you feel really well. The prices are a little bit high and the crowd that comes with the local small ferries sometimes disturbs the small waterfront and the quietness of the island.
