M	Mariella Giovanna Fonti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che amo la mia terra, adoro le Isole Eolie ed in particolare Filicudi, ci vado da anni in barca, ed anche solo per soggiornare in aliscafo, ho prenotato in questo albergo, perché dove dormo di solito era pieno, e non mi è dispiaciuto in quanto amo visitare posti nuovi. L'ubicazione dell'albergo è favolosa, ma purtroppo le stanze e la gestione sono pessime, in camera il bagno anni 60, doccia con la tendina di plastica è inenarrabile, comunicazione con la reception pessima, per non parlare del conto,una matrimoniale €80 con quel bagno ed una colazione dove i caffè vengono pagati a parte è veramente inopportuno e spiacevole da ogni punto di vista. Sicuramente non tornerò più a soggiornare. I state that I love my land, I love the Aeolian Islands and in particular Filicudi, I have been going there for years by boat, and even just to stay by hydrofoil, I booked this hotel, because where I usually sleep I was full, and I didn't mind as I love to visit new places. The location of the hotel is fabulous, but unfortunately the rooms and management are very bad, the bathroom in the 60s, the shower with the plastic curtain is unspeakable, communication with the reception is very bad, not to mention the bill, a double room € 80 with that bathroom and a breakfast where the coffees are paid separately is really inappropriate and unpleasant from every point of view. I will certainly never go back to stay.

Li abbiamo contattati la mattina prima del nostro arrivo chiedendo se fosse possibile avere il servizio transfer per portare i bagagli fini all’albergo, ci hanno detto che ciò era possibile e di ricontattarli al nostro arrivo sull’isola. Una volta arrivati ci hanno fatto attendere 40 minuti il pulmino che ci avrebbe portato in hotel, per poi dirci che non offrivano questo servizio, rivelando una pessima organizzazione. Una volta arrivati in camera la situazione è anche peggiorata. Le stanze sono vecchie e sporche, c’era un dito di polvere su ogni superficie e le lenzuola erano sporche. Il bagno era in stile anni ‘60 con la tendina della doccia in plastica, una volta aperta abbiamo trovato una manciata di capelli lasciati sul pavimento, un orrore... La posizione è bella ma non può compensare questa scadenza e poca attenzione alla pulizia. Successivamente ci siamo fermati a cena, il cibo era discreto, ma ancora una volta il personale si è dimostrato di basso livello, con le cameriere che masticavano la cicca a bocca aperta durante tutto il servizio. Non so come questo hotel possa avere davvero 3 stelle. Hotel with poor service and rooms, plus a great disorganization. We contacted them in the morning before our arrival asking if it was possible to have the transfer service to bring the luggage to the hotel, they told us that this was possible and to contact them again upon our arrival on the island. Once we arrived we were made to wait 40 minutes for the van that would take us to the hotel, and then told us that they did not offer this service, revealing a very bad organization. Once we got to the room the situation got even worse. The rooms are old and dirty, there was a finger of dust on every surface and the sheets were dirty. The bathroom was 60's style with the plastic shower curtain, once opened we found a handful of hair left on the floor, a horror ... Location is nice but can't make up for this deadline and little attention to cleanliness. Afterwards we stopped for dinner, the food was decent, but once again the staff proved to be of a low standard, with the waitresses chewing their butt with their mouths open throughout the service. I don't know how this hotel can really have 3 stars.

Speriamo di poter tornare presto a trovarvi! A delicious dinner with very fresh fish cooked to perfection. Valentino is an impeccable, kind and prepared host. V	Vincenzo Marino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel situato nel punto nevralgico dell'isola a pochissimi passi dallo sbarco e l'imbarco degli aliscafi. Esterno molto carino, l'interno va ristrutturato (molto datato). La struttura non dispone dell'ascensore. Hotel located in the nerve center of the island a few steps from the landing and boarding of the hydrofoils. Very nice exterior, the interior needs to be renovated (very dated). The property does not have an elevator.
S	Salvatore Gitto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'hotel Phenicusa offre tutto quello che desidero per una vacanza all'insegna del relax... la stanza spaziosa e luminosa ha una stupenda vista mare , un accesso ad una spiaggia privata con sdraio ed ombrelloni, la colazione molto varia spazia dalla frutta fresca al salato senza dimenticare il dolce per i più golosi. La degustazione di pesce a cena ci ha piacevolmente stupiti. Il personale è molto gentile . L'isola si presta ad escursioni a piedi e in barca. The Phenicusa hotel offers everything I want for a relaxing holiday ... the spacious and bright room has a wonderful sea view, access to a private beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, the very varied breakfast ranges from fresh fruit savory without forgetting the sweet for the sweet tooth. The fish tasting at dinner pleasantly surprised us. The staff is very nice. The island lends itself to excursions on foot and by boat.

Si entra subito nello spirito di Filicudi, si gode di un panorama davvero indimenticabile e la camere con veranda sul mare ha permesso, a me e mia moglie, di passare momenti di totale relax circondati dal rumore delle onde. Il ristorante poi è davvero di qualità; pesce freschissimo cucinato con maestria da Valentino, sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Grazie ancora per questa splendida vacanza immersi nella vostra bellissima isola. A hotel where you feel at home; Tamara, the owner, is a true teacher in welcoming her guests. You immediately enter the spirit of Filicudi, you can enjoy a truly unforgettable view and the rooms with a veranda overlooking the sea allowed my wife and I to spend moments of total relaxation surrounded by the sound of the waves. The restaurant is really of quality; fresh fish cooked with skill by Valentino, always ready to satisfy our requests. Thanks again for this wonderful vacation immersed in your beautiful island.

Si mangia da Dio, piatti al pesce del giorno, i ragazzi che servono gentilissimi e giovanissimi. Qualità- prezzo buona considerando i prezzi per altri ristoranti nell’isola stessa, Ritorneremo presto, grazie! The rooms would need a renovation (toilets) but it is still a magical, simple place, with the essence of an island. We eat from God, fish dishes of the day, the guys who serve very kind and very young. Good quality-price considering the prices for other restaurants on the island itself. We will be back soon, thank you!
k	kia kia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo causa chiusura anticipata dell'hotel nel mese di settembre 2021 per il covid, non ho potuto soggiornarvi. Ma la sig.ra Tamara, direttore dell'hotel, è stata così gentile da trovarmi una sistemazione presso un appartamento situato di fronte al porto. L'appartamento era molto funzionale, spazioso, pulitissimo e pertanto non posso che ringraziarla per lo splendido soggiorno che ho trascorso sull'isola. Unfortunately due to the early closure of the hotel in September 2021 due to the covid, I could not stay there. But Ms Tamara, the hotel manager, was kind enough to find me accommodation in an apartment located in front of the harbor. The apartment was very functional, spacious, very clean and therefore I can only thank you for the wonderful stay I spent on the island.
