Una cena informale, piatti succulenti con ottimo pesce. Da provare assolutamente i dolci a chiusura del pasto (cannoli farciti al momento, deliziosi, e i biscotti secchi o di mandorla). Anche la mattina offre la colazione con i cornetti appena sfornati! Tappa inevitabile a Filicudi per condividere l'atmosfera spensierata e giovane dell'isola! Consigliatissimo!
An informal dinner, succulent dishes with excellent fish. Absolutely to try the desserts at the end of the meal (cannoli filled at the moment, delicious, and dry or almond biscuits). Also in the morning it offers breakfast with freshly baked croissants! Unavoidable stop in Filicudi to share the carefree and young atmosphere of the island! Highly recommended!

Posti del genere fanno una pubblicità negativa alla Sicilia e ai siciliani (che dovrebbero essere i primi a ribellarsi). Pessimo cibo (freddo) a prezzi astronomici (per altro non esposti). 15 euro UNO spiedino di pesce, 5 euro UN arancino. Il tutto ovviamente senza nessuna norma mascherina e con il cibo esposto in mezzo alla gente. Dimenticavo, niente scontrino.
Places like that give negative publicity to Sicily and the Sicilians (who should be the first to rebel). Bad (cold) food at astronomical prices (otherwise not exposed). 15 euros A skewer of fish, 5 euros A arancino. All obviously without any standard mask and with the food displayed among the people. I forgot, no receipt.

Il nostro posto preferito !!! In un ambiente semplice offre dalla colazione , al pranzo , alla cena , preparazioni freschissime e gustose , spaziando dalle ricette tradizionali filicudare e siciliane della signora Rosa , a piatti da ristorante stellato dello Chef Antonio . Alla Scogliera ci sentiamo a casa , accolti dalla paziente Silvia che regala sempre un sorriso e racconta tutti i piatti del giorno , e da Donatella che con energia e passione porta avanti l'attività come un vero direttore d'orchestra !!! Da non perdere il loro banchetto al porto durante il tramonto per un aperitivo indimenticabile !!!!
Our favorite place !!! In a simple environment it offers from breakfast, lunch, dinner, fresh and tasty preparations, ranging from traditional Filicudare and Sicilian recipes of Mrs. Rosa, to starred restaurant dishes of Chef Antonio. At the Cliff we feel at home, welcomed by the patient Silvia who always gives a smile and tells all the dishes of the day, and by Donatella who with energy and passion carries on the business like a real conductor !!! Do not miss their banquet at the port during the sunset for an unforgettable aperitif !!!!

Panetteria buona. Prezzi ingiustificatamente alti. Moscardini che non erano stati ripuliti dalle interiora e quindi lasciati nel piatto ma fatti pagare lo stesso. Il più ha provato a caricarci il costo di 1 euro di pane mai preso
Good bakery. Unjustifiably high prices. Baby octopus that had not been cleaned of the entrails and therefore left on the plate but still charged. Most tried to charge us the cost of 1 euro of bread ever taken

Abbiamo cenato per diverse sere in questo locale, gustando il pesce pescato qualche ora prima dal pescatore nr. 1 Antonello e cucinato meravigliosamente dalla proprietaria Donatella. Grazie ancora per averci fatto "scalare" consigliatissimo.
We had dinner for several nights in this place, enjoying the fish caught a few hours before by the fisherman nr. 1 Antonello and wonderfully cooked by the owner Donatella. Thanks again for letting us "climb" highly recommended.

Do not recommend. Overcooked fish, bad service (unfriendly, slow, and spilled food on us), was very annoyed when we paid with credit cards, disappointing experience overall. Had read reviews that the fried fish was good and the waiter said it was their specialty but it was rubbery and not fresh (they had the fried fish in the display when you enter the restaurant so it was obviously pre-cooked and not fried fresh on the spot). Very low quality food.

Filicudi is a tiny island, so we got to go to all the 4 places there were. A simple, unpretentious and perfect place. The rosticceria is run by Antonio and his lovely business partner, Donatella. His mother had the restaurant for long time, but now he started working in her place. The place is simple, clean, very friendly and definitely the best! He gave us fried calamari, pasta with octopus, swordfish involtini, great wine... We haven't had such a great meal in a very long time. They conquer easily the taste buds with their food!
