Me parece una vergüenza que el vendedor no retome las botas o proponga un cambio del producto y que se justifique diciendo que necesito unas plantillas ortopédicas, que se rompieron porque “camino mal” y que encima diga que si la suela es blanda es porque es buena (cosa que contradijo el zapatero inmediatamente después) y más cómoda. Me pareció que además, por el hecho de ser “turista” no me tomó muy en serio. Creo que dejar un comentario es lo único que puedo hacer para que este negocio no quede impune. Espero que sirva como advertencia para el resto de la gente
I bought some boots that were destroyed in 3 days. I find it a shame that the seller does not take back the boots or propose a change of the product and that he justifies himself by saying that I need some orthopedic insoles, that they broke because "I walk badly" and that on top of that he says that if the sole is soft it is because it is good (which the shoemaker contradicted immediately afterwards) and more comfortable. It also seemed to me that because I was a "tourist" he didn't take me very seriously. I think that leaving a comment is the only thing I can do so that this business does not go unpunished. I hope that serves as a warning to the rest of the people
