★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non è possibile dare 0 stelle. Esperienza negativa!!! Entriamo scegliamo una borsa per la quale ci viene detto che la percentuale di sconto è del 50%(confermato da 2 commesse) . Decidiamo di prenderla, la facciamo mettere da parte e nel frattempo facciamo un giro in negozio . Al momento del pagamento ci viene detto dalla “simpatica responsabile “ che si erano sbagliate e che la percentuale di sconto è del 20% e nessun cenno a venirci incontro . Ovviamente decidiamo di non acquistare . A voler pensare male ci è parso di capire che forse serviva per qualche cliente abituale. Addio!
Unfortunately it is not possible to give 0 stars. Bad experience !!! We enter we choose a bag for which we are told that the discount percentage is 50% (confirmed by 2 orders). We decide to take it, have it put aside and in the meantime take a tour of the store. At the time of payment we are told by the "nice manager" that they were wrong and that the discount percentage is 20% and no sign to help us. Obviously we decide not to buy.
