P	Paolo luso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato due paia di clarks , quando è stato il momento di pagare abbiamo chiesto se gentilmente potevamo avere il prodotto per la pulizia del valore di pochi euro... ma ci è stato risposto che dovevamo acquistarlo. Siamo rimasti molto delusi bastava poco per accontentare un cliente di sicuro le prossime clarks le acquisterò altrove. We bought two pairs of clarks, when it was time to pay we asked if we could kindly have the cleaning product worth a few euros ... but we were told that we had to buy it. We were very disappointed it took very little to satisfy a customer for sure the next clarks will buy them elsewhere.

Acquistati un paio tacchi, dopo averli utilizzati per poche ore, li ritrovo col sottotacco difettoso, la pelle rovinata e in alcuni punti assente. Mi era stato detto di avere la garanzia per un anno sulle scarpe. Riportati in negozio, i commessi mi hanno rassicurato dicendomi che era davvero insolita una cosa del genere e che li avrebbero rispediti all'azienda per aggiustarli. Dopo qualche giorno mi hanno chiamato per dirmi che mi dovevo arrangiare perché non era un difetto di fabbricazione e pagare il calzolaio nonostante li avessi portati meno di un giorno intero, per girare per Bologna (non in campagna) e avessi la garanzia. Fatti presenti i miei diritti mi é stato piú volte ribadito che la colpa era mia dimostrando poca attenzione al cliente e nessuna competenza in materia di diritti del consumatore. MORALE: NON COMPRATE LE CLARKS E NON ANDATE IN QUESTO NEGOZIO. I want to share my experience in the Clarks store in Bologna. After buying a pair of heels, after having used them for a few hours, I find them with the faulty undercoat, the damaged leather and in some places absent. I was told to have a one year warranty on shoes. Back in the shop, the salesmen reassured me by saying that such a thing was really unusual and that they would send them back to the company to fix them. After a few days they called me to tell me that I had to arrange it because it was not a manufacturing defect and pay the shoemaker despite having brought them less than a whole day, to get around Bologna (not in the country) and have the guarantee. Given my rights, I was repeatedly told that the fault was mine, showing little attention to the customer and no competence in matters of consumer rights. MORALE: DO NOT BUY THE CLARKS AND DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
s	stefania pinna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un paio di stivaletti in Gore-Tex Clarks, la prima volta che li indosso per mezza giornata avverto dolore ad un piede: confronto le suole e sono diverse, 0.3 mm di differenza (corrispondente a mezza misura) e le tacchettature visibilmente non coincidono. Le porto in negozio, la Referente gentilmente mi riferisce che invierà le scarpe in azienda (Inghilterra??). Dopo un mese responso: non mi verranno sostituite, anzi sono stati cosi “gentili” da portarle da un calzolaio vicino per allargare quella più piccola!!!!!! Un CALZOLAIO ???? Vorrei informare l’azienda che il Gore-Tex è un materiale con una caratteristica apprezzata: non può deformarsi!!! Ma la Signora Referente lo sa? E l’Azienda? .... Conclusione: me le tengo così e le indosso solo per guidare e non per camminare!!!! il tutto per 190.00€ I bought a pair of Gore-Tex Clarks boots, the first time I wear them for half a day I feel pain in my foot: I compare the soles and they are different, 0.3 mm of difference (corresponding to half the size) and the cleats visibly do not coincide . I take them to the shop, the Referent kindly tells me that she will send the shoes to the company (England ??). After a month I replied: they will not be replaced, indeed they have been so "kind" to take them to a nearby shoemaker to enlarge the smaller one !!!!!! A SHOEMAKER ???? I would like to inform the company that Gore-Tex is a material with an appreciated feature: it cannot deform !!! But does the Referent Lady know? And the company? .... Conclusion: I keep them like this and I wear them only for driving and not for walking !!!! all for 190.00 €
B	Belinda Poni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio clienti pessimo: Premetto che vivo all'estero e nel mese di ottobre in occasione di una visita alla famiglia, ho acquistato un paio di desert boot in questo negozio: servizio scostante e per niente cordiale; Ho provato diverse paia di scarpe, stesso modello ma colori diversi; non ce n'era uno che fosse uguale all'altro per dimensioni, pur trattandosi della stessa misura. Mi è stato detto che trattandosi di pellami diversi, la calzata poteva risultare differente (??) e quindi per ogni colore ho provato almeno due o tre misure differenti prima di trovare un paio che mi calzasse (Made in China??). Tornata a casa ho provato di nuovo le scarpe e mi sono resa conto che erano troppo lunghe. Alla successiva visita a Bologna ho chiesto la restituzione delle scarpe (intonse naturalmente) corredate di scontrino, ma non c'è stato verso. Mi aspettavo che per un modello che esiste da almeno cinquant'anni, invariato e rivendibilissimo in qualunque momento, potessero fare il gesto. Ma niente! nessuna cordialità, né alcun senso commerciale. Un servizio clienti sottozero. Peccato per questa caduta di qualità di Clark's e peccato che scelga così male da chi farsi rappresentare!! Non acquisterò mai più prodotti Clark's e tantomeno in questo negozio. Metto una stella perché è obbligatorio per poter pubblicare, ma sarebbe una stella cadente. Bad customer service: I state that I live abroad and in the month of October on the occasion of a visit to my family, I bought a pair of desert boots in this shop: unfriendly and not at all friendly service; I tried several pairs of shoes, same model but different colors; there was not one that was the same as the other in size, even though it was the same size. I was told that since these are different leathers, the fit could be different (??) and therefore for each color I tried at least two or three different sizes before finding a pair that fit me (Made in China ??). Back home I tried on the shoes again and realized they were too long. On the next visit to Bologna I asked for the return of the shoes (uncut of course) accompanied by the receipt, but there was no way. I expected that for a model that has existed for at least fifty years, unchanged and resalable at any time, they could make the gesture. But nothing! no friendliness, no commercial sense. Sub-zero customer service. Too bad for this drop in quality of Clark's and too bad that he chooses so badly by whom to be represented !! I will never buy Clark's products again, let alone in this shop. I put a star because it is mandatory to be able to publish, but it would be a shooting star.
M	Mara Carbone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto avrei dato meno di zero. Provo un paio di scarpe. Mi rendo conto che hanno un difetto di cucitura e decido non non acquistarle. Mi garantiscono di ordinarmi lo stesso numero nuovo. Mi richiamano,vado in negozio e mi rifilano lo stesso paio di scarpe!!! Non mi chiamo Gioconda! Oltretutto la suola era sporca quindi non era un paio nuovo tenuto da parte. Cmq ho deciso di lasciarle in negozio. Serietá pari a zero! If I could have given less than zero. I try on a pair of shoes. I realize that they have a stitching defect and I decide not to buy them. They guarantee me to order the same new number. They call me back, I go to the store and they trim me the same pair of shoes !!! My name is not Mona Lisa! Besides, the sole was dirty so it wasn't a new pair kept aside. Anyway I decided to leave them in the shop. Seriousness zero!
