Mi sono sempre trovato bene anche col servizio e nonostante i miei capricci sono sempre uscito soddisfatto grazie all'indispensabile aiuto stilistico dei commessi che, anche se altri dicono il contrario, sono sempre disponibili e concentrati.
Sicuramente anche la grande qualità della musica aiuta gli acquisti.
I absolutely do not agree with the reviews written so far, really a great shop for clothes in my opinion, which have a unique but never excessive style.
I have always felt comfortable even with the service and despite my whims I have always been satisfied thanks to the indispensable stylistic help of the clerks who, even if others say otherwise, are always available and concentrated.
Certainly the great quality of the music also helps the purchases.

Il negozio offre una particolare e vasta scelta di montature di occhiali e di abbagliamento all'avanguardia e di un certo design, con marchi noti e non solo.
Il personale è preparato, attento e paziente con molta professionalità.
Lo consiglio vivamente.
Tourist in Bologna, visiting some streets in this way I found the Hardware, a boutique with a style of its own, very fascinating.
The shop offers a particular and vast selection of avant-garde eyewear and dazzle frames and of a certain design, with well-known brands and more.
The staff is trained, attentive and patient with a lot of professionalism.
I highly recommend it.

Oggi pomeriggio presto sono andata per chiedere la disponibilità di un prodotto e mi è stato chiaramente detto che era tutto esaurito, ma a quanto pare ad altre persone arrivate dopo di me e non di poco è stata detta tutt’altra cosa, dal momento che hanno comprato il prodotto che avrei voluto prendere io. Il negozio è anche carino, ma qui c’è poca onestà verso i clienti ed è anche un comportamento abbastanza irrispettoso, non ve lo consiglio per niente.
If I could I would give it 0 stars. They are a dishonest point of sale. Early this afternoon I went to ask for the availability of a product and I was clearly told that it was sold out, but apparently other people who arrived after me and not a little were told quite another thing, since they have bought the product I wanted to take myself. The shop is also nice, but here there is little honesty towards customers and it is also quite disrespectful behavior, I don't recommend it at all.
