Entrati da 5 minuti, ci siamo soffermati sui tanti gomitoli presenti in negozio in cerca di ispirazione per comprare della lana.. Un'altra cliente aveva necessità di guardare lo stesso scaffale dove ero io e la titolare eslama: "si trova lì dove sono quelli fermi da un'ora". Mi sono immediatamente spostata e la titolare continua: "sei italiana? Pensavo non capissi perché strastraniera". Ho risposto che avevo capito benissimo, ho riposto la merce che volevo comprare e sono andata via.. The place is nice, even well stocked, but the lady (I think the owner) is not very courteous. Having entered for 5 minutes, we focused on the many balls of yarn in the shop in search of inspiration to buy wool .. Another customer needed to look at the same shelf where I was and the owner says: "it's where those are. stopped for an hour ". I immediately moved and the owner continues: "Are you Italian? I thought you didn't understand why you were a stranger". I replied that I understood perfectly well, I put away the goods I wanted to buy and went away ..

Affermando (io) di voler solo dare un occhiata ai filati, ha esclamato : "dovete almeno sapere cosa fare prima di entrare in negozio" come se non avesse il diritto un cliente di guardare senza comprare. E ciliegina sulla torta, l'espressione : "SI VEDE CHE NON SAI LAVORARE", detto da una che non mi conosce e non sa né che mi intendo dell'argomento né che so benissimo lavorare a maglia. Con questo, oltre a meritare il mio silenzio, merita anche la mia TOTALE DISAPPROVAZIONE come negozio. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. The place quite stocked but the lady VERY RUDE. Negozio trovato per caso nel centro di Bologna, da appassionata della maglia posso dire che ci sono gomitoli per tutti i gusti, le signore in negozio sono davvero disponibili, ho visto tante mercerie nel tempo anche in differenti città ma questa sicuramente è quella dov’è mi sono trovata meglio, non solo sono stata seguita durante l’acquisto con disponibilità, competenza e simpatia ma mi sono anche stati dati ottimi consigli dalle proprietarie che hanno 50 anni di esperienza e un grande senso dell’umore. Esperienza meravigliosa per le appassionate come me dei gomitoli, che sicuramente consiglierei a chiunque. Per coronare il tutto alla fine del mio acquisto la proprietaria mi ha invitata a tornare per potermi insegnare alcuni punti che ancora non conosco! Tornerò sicuramente a Bologna per venirle a trovare. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Shop found by chance in the center of Bologna, as a knitting enthusiast I can say that there are balls of yarn for all tastes, the ladies in the shop are really available, I have seen many haberdashery over time even in different cities but this is certainly where it is I found myself better, not only was I followed during the purchase with availability, competence and friendliness but I was also given excellent advice by the owners who have 50 years of experience and a great sense of humor. Wonderful experience for the passionate ones like me of the balls, which I would definitely recommend to anyone. To top it all off at the end of my purchase, the owner invited me to come back to be able to teach me some points that I still don't know! I will definitely return to Bologna to visit them.
