★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto visita al negozio stamani e nel provare un capo ho inavvertitamente toccato terra con questo.. un commesso bassino con la barba me lo segnala: attento che stai spazzando per terra ... Anche la sua educazione a mio avviso tocca terra anzi il fondo. Purtroppo non tutti possono fare tutto inuso il mestiere di addetto vendita... Pessimo non tornero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un ragazzo rimane uno dei negozi di abbigliamento Top di Bologna. Storico ci andavo 20 anni fa già ed è sempre stato ristrutturato alla moda con commessi e proprietari carini. Prezzi medi per una qualità buona rispetto a quello che si trova a Bologna.
For a boy, it remains one of the Top clothing stores in Bologna. Historical I was going there 20 years ago already and it has always been stylishly renovated with nice salespeople and owners. Average prices for a good quality compared to what is found in Bologna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio assistenza clienti su whatsapp pessimo.. ho fatto una richiesta i primi di gennaio per delle scarpe dicendomi che sarebbero state caricate sul sito, e mi facevano sapere. Al 10 febbraio ho riscritto loro siccome non sono più stata ricontattata, e mi han detto che alla fine le scarpe non sarebbero più state caricate nel sito. Mi accorgo coi saldi che sono state caricate (senza essere stata mai avvisata), ma ovviamente dopo mesi, solo un pezzo diponibile,.. in 3 mesi mai ricontattata. Ho dovuto farmi sentire io per 3 volte, ho capito che non avevano neanche più i miei messaggi. Vergognosi. Peccato che non si possono caricare gli screen
Bad customer service on whatsapp .. I made a request in early January for some shoes saying they would be uploaded to the site, and they let me know. On 10 February I rewrote them as I have not been contacted again, and they told me that eventually the shoes would no longer be uploaded to the site. I realize with the balances that they have been loaded (without ever having been notified), but obviously after months, only one piece available, .. in 3 months never contacted again. I had to make myself heard 3 times, I realized they didn't even have my messages anymore. Shameful. Too bad you can't load screenshots
