Pros:
- design, including even waiters uniform, is so good that you may forget that you are in an Italian gastronomical city
- music
- variety of food
- friendly service
- fresh orange juice for a good price of 3€
Cons:
- maybe too sweet
- mediocre food quality
All in all, if you want to have a different food experience in Bologna, try visiting the place.

Love the effort to try to reduce the environmental impact by using paper based water bottles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interiors are really beautiful! Typical american style. I had a coffee with a friend in the afternoon, and i had a pistacchio Cake. It was good but didnt taste a lot like pistacchio

We were not particularly friendly received and then after a few minutes brought to the table.
There we waited what felt like an eternity for someone to take the order.
Even after we drew attention to us, no one came.
Meanwhile, finished food from the kitchen piled up at the counter.
When still no one came, we decided to leave again.
What a mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stars are just for the place and interior design! Had cake and shake, and the quality was terrible! Seemed you are just trying a bottle of whipped cream! Even in the shake, there was maybe 20cc tasteless milk with lots of cream! Staff definitely could be more professional!
Won’t back again, and for sure the traditional Italian cafe worth more.
