★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si parte da Muncion sentiero 579 per val Udai che poi prosegue in alta quota come sentiero 580. Valle incredibile e selvaggia fatta oggi in invernale. Neve presente quasi ovunque ma non oltre i 20 cm. In cima si arriva al passo Dona 2400 e di lì si apre lo spettacolo Dell ' Antermoia
It starts from Muncion path 579 for val Udai which then continues at high altitude as path 580. Incredible and wild valley made today in winter. Snow present almost anywhere but no more than 20 cm. At the top you get to the Dona 2400 pass and from there opens the show Dell 'Antermoia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affrontata in discesa come tratto finale di una lunga e bellissima gita attorno all’Antermoia. Forse per questo non mi ha entusiasmato. Parte alta mediamente ripida su prati. Sentiero sempre ben visibile. Scendendo si entra nel bosco fino ad arrivare a fondo valle. Abbastanza monotona.
Tackled downhill as the final stretch of a long and beautiful trip around the Antermoia. Maybe that's why I was not thrilled. Upper part on average steep on meadows. Path always clearly visible. Going down you enter the woods until you reach the bottom of the valley. Quite monotonous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valle selvaggia sul percorso che da Mazzin porta verso il rif. Antermoia. Non per tutti. Ultimi chilometri prima di arrivare nei prati del Camerloi molto impegnativi però ne vale la pena e si evita la ressa dei percorsi "classici".
Wild valley on the path that leads from Mazzin to the ref. Antermoia. Not for all. Last kilometers before arriving in the very demanding Camerloi meadows, however, it is worth it and the crush of the "classic" routes is avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partendo da Monzon; Valle bellissima e facilmente raggiungibile.
L'anfiteatro della cascata è di una suggestivita' che lascia senza parole.
Possibilità di proseguire verso il rifugio Antermoia, o di un rientro alternativo scendendo a Mazzin, percorso più accidentato del precedente
Starting from Monzon; Beautiful and easily accessible valley.
The amphitheater of the waterfall is an ideal country 'that leaves you speechless.
Possibility to continue toward the refuge Antermoia, or an alternate return down to Mazzin, more rugged path of the previous
