★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Torre Santa Maria dell'Alto" o "Torre dell'Alto" è una torre costiera del Salento nel comune di Nardò. Un tempo chiamata "Salto della capra" o "Rupe della dannata" Dire un posto meraviglioso è poco!!! La Torre è chiusa, ed è un vero peccato..il panorama è spettacolare. Ci sono due possibilità per arrivare alla torre...io personalmente ho scelto il percorso meno faticoso... partendo dal lungomare di Santa Caterina (sotto la torre) salendo gradoni in pietra, oppure chi è allenato può scegliere di fare il percorso attraversando la pineta per poi risalire dalla spiaggia di Porto Selvaggio.
Posto meraviglioso da vedere assolutamente. Consigliatissimo.

 Torre Santa Maria dell'Alto "or" Torre dell'Alto "is a coastal tower of Salento in the municipality of Nardò. Once called" Salto della capra "or" Rupe della damata "To say a wonderful place is not enough !!! it is closed, and it is a real shame .. the view is spectacular. There are two possibilities to get to the tower ... I personally chose the less tiring route ... starting from the seafront of Santa Caterina (under the tower) climbing steps in stone, or those who are fit can choose to do the path through the pine forest and then go up from the beach of Porto Selvaggio.
Wonderful place to see absolutely. Highly recommended.
