★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima macelleria, si possono trovare tanti prodotti tipici di loro produzione. Quando passo mi fermo e faccio spesa così mi porto a casa i profumi ed i sapori del Trentino.
Non avendo in programma di passare presto, ho telefonato ed inviato l'elenco delle cose che avrei voluto acquistare, in un paio di giorni mi è arrivato tutto a casa, con trasporto refrigerato. Non potete immaginare la felicità di mia nipote nel poter nuovamente assaggiare i loro canederli allo speck :-)

 Excellent butcher, you can find many typical products of their production. When I pass I stop and shop so I take home the scents and flavors of Trentino.
Not having plans to pass soon, I phoned and sent the list of things I wanted to buy, in a couple of days I got everything home, with refrigerated transport. You can't imagine the happiness of my granddaughter in being able to taste their bacon dumplings again :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior macellaio della valle. Da non perdere la carne salada e gli altri prodotti tipici. Lo speck ha una marcia in più e sono eccezionali gli spiedini di filetto di maiale e pancetta. La carne è davvero unica per sapore e morbidezza.
The best butcher in the valley. Do not miss the carne salada and other typical products. Speck has an edge and the pork fillet and bacon skewers are exceptional. The meat is truly unique in flavor and softness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essermi recato per anni a Pozza rimpiangevo i prodotti trentini della macelleria Pezzei così li ho ordinati on line. I canederli sono davvero eccezionali e ben digeribili mentre per quanto riguarda lo speck e la pancetta si sente tutta l'artigianalità del prodotto. Molto buoni anche i wurstel. Prezzi nella norma, spedizione rapida e nei primi giorni della settimana così da rispettare la catena del freddo senza fermo deposito. Insomma 5 stelle meritatissime.
After going to Pozza for years, I regretted the Trentino products of the Pezzei butcher's shop so I ordered them online. The dumplings are truly exceptional and well digestible while as regards the speck and pancetta you can feel all the craftsmanship of the product. The frankfurters are also very good. Prices in the standard, fast shipping and in the first days of the week in order to respect the cold chain without holding the deposit. In short, well-deserved 5 stars.
