★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficilmente in un supermercato si trova un pasticcere di alto calibro come abbiamo potuto constatare dalla qualità e varietà dei prodotti di pasticceria proposti. I dolci sono freschi e preparati in giornata. Particolare attenzione va ai pasticciotti leccesi che, a mio parere sono i migliori mai assaggiati, sia per la friabilità dell'impasto sia per la qualità del ripieno. Buonissimi quelli al cioccolato bianco e confettura ai frutti di bosco e quelli alla mela e confettura di albicocche. Anche il tradizionale ripieno alla crema, che permette di fare un confronto diretto con altre pasticcerie più blasonate, risulta essere innanzitutto più grande e più condito e la farcitura interna alla crema è davvero eccellente.
Non abbiamo avuto l'occasione di assaggiare le torte personalizzate per i compleanni ma ne abbiamo viste sul banco e sono curatissime e bellissime da vedere e senz'altro saranno anche molto buone.
Un'ultima nota sulla cortesia e sulla gentilezza che contraddistingue tutti gli operatori.
There is hardly a high-caliber pastry chef in a supermarket as we have seen from the quality and variety of the pastry products offered. The desserts are fresh and prepared on the same day. Particular attention goes to Lecce pasticciotti which, in my opinion are the best ever tasted, both for the friability of the dough and for the quality of the filling. The white chocolate and berry jam ones and the apple and apricot jam ones are very good. Even the traditional cream filling, which allows you to make a direct comparison with other more famous pastry shops, is first of all larger and more seasoned and the filling inside the cream is truly excellent.
We haven't had the opportunity to taste the personalized birthday cakes but we have seen them on the counter and they are well kept and beautiful to look at and will certainly be very good too.
A final note on the courtesy and kindness that distinguishes all operators.

Assolutamente da provare i bignè caramellati alla crema chantilly, la torta pasticciotto, le crepes Nutella e chantilly... L'assortimento maggiore si trova il sabato mattina e per richieste particolari accettano anche prenotazioni.
Anche la gastronomia pronta è di buon livello e tutta fresca. Per il resto si segnala fornita cantina di vini e assortimento di birre. Presente anche macelleria, pescheria e salumeria piuttosto ben fornite.
Certainly the pastry, all artisan and fresh of the day, is excellent! Absolutely to try the caramelized cream puffs with Chantilly cream, the pasticciotto cake, the Nutella and Chantilly crepes ... The largest assortment can be found on Saturday morning and for special requests they also accept reservations.
The ready-made gastronomy is also of a good standard and all fresh. For the rest, a well-stocked wine cellar and assortment of beers should be noted. There is also a well-stocked butcher, fishmonger and delicatessen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccezionale molto di più di un supermercato reparto pane fresco, rosticceria e pasticceria super fornito e con prodotti buonissimi. Consigli di visitarlo il mattino per avere il massimo della scelta.

Qui ho assaggiato i pasticciotti più buoni mai sentiti.
Consiglio il pasticciotto cioccolato bianco e marmellata ai frutti di bosco uno spettacolo per il palato.

Cmq tutti i reparti sono fornitissimi anche i surgelati tantissima varietà ? se guardate nelle mie foto ad esempio ho fotografato tutti i tipi di vienetta che hanno alcuni gusti non li avevo mai visti prima.
Oggi modifico la mia recensione perché ho avuto il piacere e l'onore di conoscere il pasticcere persona fantastica, gentilissima e super disponibile. Davvero grazie di cuore e ancora complimenti a volte si va in pasticcerie rinomate a cercare i grandi pasticceri e si resta delusi. Qui invece all'Interspar potete incontrare un pasticcere con la P maiuscola capace di creare dolci da far invidia a pasticcerie super rinomate.

Anyway all departments are well stocked even frozen foods a lot of variety ? if you look in my photos for example I have photographed all types of vienetta that have some tastes I had never seen them before.
Today I am editing my review because I had the pleasure and honor of meeting the pastry chef who is fantastic, very kind and super helpful. Really heartfelt thanks and congratulations again, sometimes you go to renowned pastry shops to look for the great pastry chefs and you are disappointed. Here instead at the Interspar you can meet a pastry chef with a capital P capable of creating desserts that are the envy of super-renowned pastry shops.
