★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was poor and even though it tasted nice the pasta was not what we ordered. The bruschetta was not very fresh and one piece looked bitten into. The restaurant was so packed with very little space to walk or sit comfortably. Our bottle of wine was knocked over by a patron trying to squeeze into her seat at the next table covering my jacket and her shoes in red wine. The half bottle of dry red wine we ordered resembled a slush or semi sweet red juice that had been watered down. We told the waiter who apologized and we ordered a different bottle but after payment we noticed that we were still charged for the first half bottle we did not drink.

Probably a bit pricier than other restaurant, but it is amazing and worth it :)
loved their gnocchi fritti and the jams they served with.
Many locals eat here, so it will not disappoint you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a little bit disapointed. Someone recommended us this place and said that this is the best restaurant in Modena. Unfortunately, the sauce was blant, we didn't taste anything at all. And the pasta was not al dente. It was still hard and we had a difficult time eating. We also ordered some "Schnitzel" but we never got that one. But because we weren't satisfied with the gotten food, we cancelled the forgotten order. Customer service was okay, they seemed stressed and bored at the same time. The starter: Burrata, Pesto and the Toast was alright though. We like Burrata very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and refined restaurant in the heart of Modena with a vintage decor and atmosphere that serves the typical specialties of the place. Excellent cuisine and nice and friendly staff, according to the character that distinguishes the Emilians. Definitely to be recommended!
