Nel mese di Febbraio scorso su consiglio del capace quanto gentile e competente Sig. Alessandro della Concessionaria Piaggio Urbana Moto di Roma ho acquistato un Beverly 350. Sono rimasto subito molto impressionato dalle prestazioni generali del motociclo che coniuga alla perfezione, performance motoristiche, equilibrio ciclistico e consumi davvero contenuti. Dopo aver percorso circa 11.000 chilometri in sette mesi, con grande soddisfazione, sono rimasto vittima di un avaria del mezzo in quanto si è lesionata sino a frattura completa la cinghia di trasmissione. Ho avuto il piacere di rilevare che il suddetto servizio di assistenza è intervenuto tempestivamente accertando un difetto di fabbricazione dell'intero gruppo variatore e per l'effetto mi ha sostituito in garanzia lo stesso unitamente alla cinghia di trasmissione finale. Il tutto in tempi davvero rapidissimi. A questo punto non posso che complimentarmi espressamente, con la ditta Urbana Moto, oltre che con la Piaggio ,che ha la capacità di avvalersi di servizi di assistenza altamente qualificati, celeri e sempre attenti alle importanti esigenze del Cliente. After having traveled about 11,000 kilometers in seven months, with great satisfaction, I was the victim of a vehicle failure as the transmission belt was damaged up to a complete fracture. I had the pleasure of noting that the aforementioned assistance service intervened promptly, ascertaining a manufacturing defect of the entire variator unit and consequently replaced it under warranty together with the final drive belt. All in a very short time. At this point I can only expressly congratulate the company Urbana Moto, as well as Piaggio, which has the ability to make use of highly qualified assistance services, fast and always attentive to the important needs of the customer.

I	Il recensore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato un xmax400 dando in permuta un altro mezzo.Mi avevavo rassicurato che la distribuzione era stata rifatta e i pneumatici erano all'90%(scrivendolo sul certificato che mi hanno consegnato) e cambiati l'anno prima. Dopo un po' di ritardo per sostituire un pezzo e vari rimandi prendo il mezzo. Dopo 2 mesi lo porto in assistenza Yamaha avendo notato dei problemi alla frizione, oltre che trovare tutti i pezzi montati non originali (e non mi lamento) trovano la campana della frizione consumata e che non era stata sostituita e vabbè ci passo sopra... mi fanno notare che le gomme sono lisce e in effetti erano del 2016 e vabbè colpa mia che non me ne sono accorto... ma mi arriva l'avviso del bollo da pagare della vecchia moto, li chiamo a febbraio e mi dicono tutto ok ci pensiamo noi. A maggio mi arriva la lettera della regione Lazio. Li chiamo e glielo faccio presente. Notando un po' l'arroganza di Claudio gli faccio presente anche gli altri problemi avuti con il mezzo e si innervosisce. Tanto amicone quando si tratta di acquistare, ma poi quando ci sono problemi la colpa é sempre degli altri e io dovevo leggere bene quello che firmavo (anche se l'errore l'hanno fatto loro sul bollo). Passo sopra su tutti i problemi del mezzo ma non su il modo di trattare i clienti. Pagherò il bollo, ma per 20 euro hanno perso un cliente, contenti loro Bought an xmax400 in exchange for another vehicle.
