They've always been super professional, thorough, wonderfully patient and fast on delivery. I wouldn't take either of my motos to any other mechanic (and this was not the first mechanic I tried in Rome). More recently they also advised and helped me to choose a day-to-day moto for commuting purposes - advice that goes above and beyond the services of a regular mechanic shop. Would highly recommend. È passato quasi un anno da quando ho iniziato a portare la mia Vespa classica ai ragazzi del negozio. Sono sempre stati super professionali, precisi, meravigliosamente pazienti e veloci nella consegna. Non porterei nessuna delle mie moto da nessun altro meccanico (e questo non è stato il primo meccanico che ho provato a Roma). Più recentemente mi hanno anche consigliato e aiutato a scegliere una moto quotidiana per andare al lavoro, un consiglio che va al di là dei servizi di una normale officina meccanica. Da sempre ho portato la mia moto all assistenza della casa madre, per tagliandi e altro perche mi sentivo piu garantita e rassicurata. Poi ho avuto un problema al motore , e chiedendo varie opinioni a piu officine la diagnosi piu attendibile e convincente é stata la loro, molto meno catastrofica rispetto altri. Con una notevole differenza anche di prezzo. La disponibilità, la gentilezza, la compartecipazione, la trasparenza e soratutto la competenza sono le caratteristiche distintive di questa officina.
