★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione non sono per nulla seri .. gli lasci lo scuder a riparazione dicendoti che ci vuole una settimana per ripararlo ..per me era ok.. ma dopo 18 giorni ancora non era stato guardato.. mi prolungava a settimana a settimana senza darmi un giorno per il ritiro.. Poi giustificandosi del troppo lavoro che hanno.. menefreghisti del cliente .. vanno in giro a fare volantinaggio mettendo volantini sui motorino e moto scrivendoci che sono veloci e professionisti del lavoro.. sono stato ingannato !! Attenzione ! Ma le casa Piaggio come fa a dare a questa officina il loro logo?

I was deceived! Warning ! But how does the Piaggio company give their logo to this workshop?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 settimane per sistemare una marmitta per poi al ritiro dirmi che era tutta da sostituire o sistemare...idem il faro davanti sistemato 2 volte 2 volte saltato in 2 mesi... i prezzi sono comunque onesti...
3 weeks to fix a muffler and then to retire tell me that it was all to be replaced or fixed ... ditto the headlight placed in front 2 times 2 times jumped in 2 months ... the prices are still honest ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto recentemente problemi con il mio scooter un geopolis 300 , ma non erano riusciti a capire cosa fosse dopo essere passato da ben due officine.
Mi ero quasi convinto che avrei dovuto affrontare un intervento radicale a giudicare dalle ipotesi che mi erano state fatte.
Morale della favola mi rivolgo a Danilo e Alessandro che mi hanno risolto il problema in tempi rapidissimi.
È stato un intervento semplice alla fine ma ho apprezzato molto oltre la professionalità anche l'onestà.
Consiglio vivamente Urbana moto services!..
I had a geopolis 300 problem recently with my scooter, but they hadn't been able to figure out what it was after having passed through two workshops.
I was almost convinced that I would have to face a radical intervention judging from the hypotheses that had been made to me.
Moral of the story I turn to Danilo and Alessandro who solved the problem very quickly.
It was a simple operation at the end but I appreciated the professionalism even beyond honesty.
I highly recommend Urbana moto services! ..
