★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw 3.9 stars, and I was a little concerned, but then I read them and realized that it is mostly for reasons of making change from euros to smaller coins for using the self-service laundry machines. This review is for the laundry service.
We grossly underestimated how many clothes we would need on vacation in Rome in September. It was next level sweaty and hot, and we were quickly blowing through two outfits each day -- one for day, and one for night. We looked up laundry services and noticed a few travelers had mentioned that this place was pretty good! It was on the same street as our favorite restaurant, so we took a shot.
The guy was nice enough. As is always the case in Italy -- helps to speak a little Italian. We dropped the pile off, had dinner, went back to the hotel, came back the next morning after breakfast. As other reviews noted, 10E for a big pile of stinky laundry (our hotel wanted 10E to clean ONE SHIRT) to be returned the next day, folded, softened, in a big neat blue bag. It saved us! I will 100% utilize this service again next time we are in Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! We asked for wash/ dry/ fold. He said 10 small machine and 15 large machine. He then told us 7 to put in the machine and then told us to wait and do our own. If you are not a local they treat you terrible. They have no change. The man did lend me 10 to start and I went for change to repay him. We ended up having to do our own and waste the whole morning. If you have a choice go elsewhere. HORRIBLE experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst experience. Go somewhere else. They overcharge and act like they don't understand that you want wash-dry-fold service. We ended up using the self serve because he acted like he didn't understand we wanted to drop off. We had one large bag of laundry, willing to pay the 15€ but they tried to say it was one large and one small load, 25€ and when I went to take my laundry to another place they said fine, one large and then had me do it myself anyway. AVOID THIS LAUNDROMAT!

As promised, we were able to pick up our clean clothes two hours after dropping them off, and everything was in perfect order. We had no trouble communicating with the staff and were charged a fair price each time. Thank you for a wonderful and very much appreciated service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh man let me tell you about this laundromat. It says self serve on google maps. Well is not self serve and it’s for a good reason. The gentleman running this business is on point. He speak some what English and was able to explain to us tourist that the service he provide was a wash,dry and fold service. The pick up was 2hr and man that clothes was neatly fold warm and smelled heavenly. And the best thing on time. Very happy with his service
