★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio lentissimo. Dopo 2 giorni per lavare 2 magliette e 1 pantaloncino sono tornato a prendere i vestiti ma non erano pronti. Mi è stato quindi detto di tornare il giorno dopo e anche il giorno dopo (oggi) i capi non erano disponibili. Speriamo che domani l'odissea giunga al termine.
 Very slow service. After 2 days to wash 2 T-shirts and 1 shorts I went back to get the clothes but they weren't ready. I was then told to come back the next day and even the next day (today) the clothes were not available. We hope that tomorrow the odyssey comes to an end.

They lose clothing they are rude and do not refund money when they lose things. Absolutely to be avoided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and friendly, but lots of our clothes were damaged. It was clear that most of it was washed or dried on too high temperature or something, as even my college sweater, only washed twice before, suddendly looked like it was worn out. Would not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit nervous at first reading a couple of bad reviews. Was near my hotel so thought i would give it ago. Dropped off around 15kg of clothes for a wash a dry in two seperate piles (whites and colours). I asked for a pick up 6 hours later. Clothes were ready on time, no damage, nicely folded and returned in bags. Would go again.
