Mi è stato chiesto un preventivo di 100€ per cambiare il cavallotto dello specchietto (8€ di costo). Richiesta legittima, ma che non incontrava le mie aspettative. La frase successiva di questa brevissima chiacchierata ha testimoniato la scarsa professionalità di questo esercizio e la ragione per cui non posso che sconsigliarlo. "Look, come and get it and fix it yourself." Thus ended my experience here. I was asked for a quote of € 100 to change the mirror bracket (€ 8 cost). Legitimate request, but that did not meet my expectations. The next sentence of this very short chat testified to the lack of professionalism of this exercise and the reason why I can only advise against it.

C	Christian Sella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portata la mia Honda SW T 400 circa 9 mesi fa perché lo statore era bruciato,sostituito con uno usato ricondizionato per una spesa di quasi 400 euro ,che mi ha lasciato spiazzato.Ieri la moto mi ha lasciato di nuovo per strada perché lo statore è andato .Premetto che sono un corriere e che essendo in buona fede ho immaginato si trattasse di problemi alla batteria e ho speso 100 euro per una nuova batteria performante più 20 di taxi ,ho perso 2 giorni di lavoro per un totale di 150 euro ,in più dovrò perderne altri due per la riparazione e le spese per uno statore nuovo !Ma la coscienza dove l'avete??Mai più!! PS:leggo la vostra risposta e aggiugo: PUNTO 1:non vi ho contattato perche'non ho ritenuto opportuno usufruire dei vs servizi di nuovo,visto l'accaduto PUNTO 2: per poter riportare il mezzo da voi,mi avete dato una batteria usata,e da solo ho dovuto prendere un taxi per arrivare al punto dove si era fermata la moto,non mi avete certo offerto un carro attrezzi! PUNTO 3:prima di intervenire nella riparazione,si chiama il cliente per informarlo della spesa,se supera una certa soglia. PUNTO 4:esistono statori non ufficiali ma altrettanto validi ,se vi servite di quelli ricondizionati potete benissimo usare quelli e non accampate scuse,sui prodotti ufficiali Honda,perche'un prodotto ricondizionato non e'da considerarsi piu'un prodotto 'ufficiale'! PUNTO 5::scrivere recensioni tutela la sicurezza di tutti e aiuta a crescere chi le riceve... Grazie. But where do you have conscience ?? Never again !! PS: I read your answer and add: POINT 1: I have not contacted you because I did not consider it appropriate to use of your services again, given what happened POINT 2: in order to bring the vehicle back to you, you gave me a used battery, and by myself I had to take a taxi to get to the point where the bike stopped, you certainly didn't offer me a tow truck! STEP 3: before intervening in the repair, the customer is called to inform him of the expense, if it exceeds a certain threshold. POINT 4: there are unofficial stators but equally valid, if you use reconditioned ones you can very well use those and make no excuses, on official Honda products, because a refurbished product is no longer an 'official' product!
