Sempre gentilissimi, pazienti, pronti a consigliare solo il meglio in base alle problematiche esposte e a spendere tempo nel rispondere alle domande del cliente, articolando con spiegazioni chiare e approfondite (utilissime a chi come me, è alle prime armi).
Ormai sono il mio punto di riferimento per ogni nuovo acquisto e tutte le volte che mi sono fatto consigliare da loro, non sono rimasto mai deluso. Hanno una vasta scelta di prodotti, anche ad ottimi prezzi (a volte con sconti davvero forti).
Simply fantastic! Alessandro and Stefano are two experts, but above all true fans of the world on two wheels! Always very kind, patient, ready to advise only the best on the basis of the problems exposed and to spend time in answering customer questions, articulating with clear and in-depth explanations (very useful to those like me, who are beginners).
By now I am my point of reference for every new purchase and every time I got advice from them, I was never disappointed. They have a wide choice of products, even at great prices (sometimes with really strong discounts).
