★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno dopo l'acquisto dello scooter ho fatto presente che una delle due chiavi di accensione funzionava male in accensione e non apriva per nulla il balletto. A distanza di tempo (ca 2 mesi ma uno era Agosto) *sembra* che risolveremo il problema.

27/07/2018 faccio presente il problema
04/08/2018 porto lo scooter ma la Velosud chiude per ferie ci rimandiamo a settembre

Il problema è stato "risolto" senza cambiare il pezzo (!)
Ma da fastidio dover discutere per avere una riparazione in garanzia.
Un grazie a Cristiano ed al meccanico (non ricordo il nome)
Accetto la proposta che mi è stata fatta per "risolvere il problema"
 The day after the purchase of the scooter I pointed out that one of the two ignition keys malfunctioned in the ignition and did not open the ballet at all. After some time (about 2 months but one was August) * it seems * that we will solve the problem.
07/25/2018 I buy the scooter
27/07/2018 I present the problem
04/08/2018 I bring the scooter but the Velosud closes for holidays we are postponed to September
UPDATE 16/10/2018
03/10/2018 Workshop appointment
04/10/2018 I bring the scooter (delay due to health problems)
08/10/2018 I collect the scooter
The problem was "solved" without changing the piece (!)
But it bothers you to have to argue for a warranty repair.
Thanks to Cristiano and the mechanic (I don't remember the name)
I accept the proposal that was made to me to "solve the problem"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha colpito, oltre alla competenza ed alla professionalità, la disponibilità ed il sorriso di tutto lo staff (a partire dall'ottimo ed onestissimo Massimiliano), segno di ambiente di lavoro serio, disteso e produttivo. Avevo girato mezza Roma per una Minicar ed ho risolto, con enorme soddisfazione, da loro. Consigliatissimo a tutti i genitori con adolescenti assillanti a carico in cerca di 4 ruote!
In addition to the competence and professionalism, I was struck by the availability and the smile of all the staff (starting from the excellent and honest Massimiliano), a sign of a serious, relaxed and productive working environment. I had traveled halfway around Rome for a Minicar and I solved, with enormous satisfaction, from them. Highly recommended to all parents with nagging teenagers looking for 4 wheels!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la prima volta sul mondo kymco con un ak 550. Scoperta tramite canali ufficiali la concessionaria Velosud. Da' subito mi hanno dimostrato cortesia e professionalità programmandomi un richiamo di fabbrica e successivamente il secondo tagliando.
Staff veramente preparato per ogni mio dubbio sul mezzo e gentile. Rarità ai giorni nostri..
E specialmente perche in precedenza ho vissuto esperienze poco professionali nei marchi piu' blasonati( yamaha e honda e piaggio)
Aspettiamo il terzo tagliando.
For the first time on the kymco world with an ak 550. Velosud dealership was discovered through official channels. They immediately showed me courtesy and professionalism by scheduling a factory recall and then a second service.
Staff really prepared for all my doubts about the vehicle and kind. Rarity nowadays ..
And especially because previously I had unprofessional experiences in the most famous brands (yamaha and honda and piaggio)
