Ohh and their selection of dessert.. Yumm!!! There are many tourist trap serving fake Italian food around Vatican. But this place takes food seriously. The price is medium, but worth every penny!! A must try if you are a true food lover visiting Rome!

And then we discovered Alla Rampa. Now I regret that we didn't get there earlier, which is strange since every time we visit Rome, we stay in the same building where the restaurant is located ? It started from "hello" from a waiter as we were passing by. After a short conversation we made a reservation and finally had a Sunday lunch at Alla Rampa. It was a perfect culinary summary of our stay in Rome! Great local food, professional and friendly staff, casual atmosphere, elegant but not too posh interior, great value for money. Everything was excellent! Thank you very much for making my day. I will definitely visit you on my next visits to Rome.
