Sono stato accolto a dir poco in maniera eccellente! Dopo aver illustrato ad un membro del team, Roberto (tra l'altro, grande amico e persona seria e sincera che si è sempre distinto per i forti valori morali) la mi percezione e dubbi sulle prestazioni del mezzo, mi ha dato qualche possibile chiarimento nell'immediato con riserva di controllarla meticolosamente. Quando ho portato il mezzo presso l'officina, il giorno successivo mi ha chiamato illustrandomi tutto quello che è emerso dal controllo (anche un problema della forcella che in qualche occasione mi aveva bloccato la sterzata in cammino). Mi ha spiegato per filo e per segno, ciò che andava fatto, tempistiche e prezzo (nessuna variazione in fase di lavorazione, e molto competitivo), con grande onestà e trasparenza. Dopo 3 giorni il mezzo era pronto. Sembra uscito dalla fabbrica! Si guida benissimo e ho la sensazione di sicurezza che non avevo precedentemente, motivo per il quale mi ero rivolto al team. È veramente un piacere scoprire che ci sono persone che svolgono il proprio mestiere con amore e passione, garanzia soprattutto per il cliente ed indice di spiccata attenzione della tutela sulla sicurezza stradale per il prossimo. Grazie di cuore a tutti il Team. Consiglio Vivamente a tutti coloro che ci tengono a curare il proprio mezzo di rivolgersi ai Tecnici di questa Officina di Prestigio. Personally I can confirm the utmost seriousness of the Motocapital Team. I took my wasp to put it back in place due to the defects it presented. I was received to say the least in an excellent way! After explaining to a member of the team, Roberto (among other things, a great friend and a serious and sincere person who has always stood out for his strong moral values) my perception and doubts about the performance of the vehicle, he gave me some possible clarification immediately subject to checking it meticulously. When I took the vehicle to the workshop, the next day he called me explaining everything that emerged from the inspection (even a problem with the fork that on some occasions had blocked me from turning on the road). He explained to me in detail, what had to be done, timing and price (no changes in the processing phase, and very competitive), with great honesty and transparency. After 3 days the vehicle was ready. Looks like it came out of the factory! He drives very well and I have the feeling of safety that I did not have previously, which is why I turned to the team. It is truly a pleasure to discover that there are people who carry out their profession with love and passion, a guarantee above all for the customer and an indication of the marked attention to road safety protection for others. Heartfelt thanks to all the Team. I highly recommend to all those who care about their vehicle to contact the technicians of this prestigious workshop.
