La moto ora va benissimo, riconsegnata anche lavata e risolto con prontezza e cortesia un piccolo inconveniente riscontrato in fase di riconsegna. Grazie al capo officina Roberto e a tutti i meccanici! I took my V7 to have it serviced and to solve some age-related problems. The bike is now fine, returned even washed and solved with promptness and courtesy a small problem encountered during the return phase. Thanks to the foreman Roberto and to all the mechanics!

Porto i miei scooter da loro in assistenza e mi sono sempre torvato benissimo. All'ultimo tagliando mi hanno anche lavato lo scooter. Bravi Really good, competent and very kind. Surely the piaggio workshop to always keep in mind. I take my scooters to them for assistance and have always had a great time. At the last service they also washed my scooter. Well done

Nell officina del concessionario dove lo ho acquistato (via Boccea) lo tengono 20giorni dicendomi che dopo diagnosi non ha nulla che non vada. Riprendo lo scooter e dopo 5000km si ferma di nuovo . il carro attrezzi della Piaggio lo porta all’officina più vicina che per mia fortuna è “CHE MOTO” a circonvallazione Clodia , già dal primo impatto all’accettazione capisco che sono dei veri professionisti e la conferma l’ho avuta pochi giorni dopo quando mi chiamano dicendomi di avere risolto il problema riconsegnandomi lo scooter addirittura LAVATO ! Che dire grazie a tutto lo staff avete un cliente in più ? Before Christmas 2021 I have a bad experience with my bewerly Piaggio 300 scooter, it leaves me stranded on the Tiber at night. In the workshop of the dealer where I bought it (via Boccea) they keep it 20 days telling me that after diagnosis there is nothing wrong with it. I take the scooter back and after 5000km it stops again. the Piaggio tow truck takes him to the nearest workshop which luckily for me is "CHE MOTO" in the Clodia ring road, from the first impact to the acceptance I understand that they are true professionals and I received confirmation a few days later when I they call telling me to have solved the problem by returning the scooter even WASHED! What to say thanks to all the staff you have an extra customer ?

Da "reparto corse...." Consiglio vivamente a tutti i possessori di RSV4 e Tuono....sarete in buone mani...! I replaced the triple clamps with IMAs on my RSV4 from Che Moto The intervention was very complex, but thanks to the professionalism, scrupulousness and competence of Roberto and his team, the work was done in an optimal way. From "racing department ...." I highly recommend to all owners of RSV4 and Tuono .... you will be in good hands ...!

A parte il prodotto, che è fantastico, mi è piaciuto l'ufficio vendite che è stato veramente bravo tra sconti, permute e a trovare il finanziamento più adatto a me e soprattutto grazie anche ai ragazzi dell'officina che sono sempre disponibili e veloci per qualsiasi chiarimento o piccoli interventi. I bought a TuonoV4 and I was really happy! Apart from the product, which is fantastic, I liked the sales office which was really good between discounts, exchanges and finding the most suitable financing for me and above all thanks also to the guys in the workshop who are always available and quick for any clarification or small interventions.

B	Bill Halliwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che moto? Che palla! Fancy showroom but slack service and rude (xenophobic?) service. Roberto in service department is a piece of work that can’t be avoided. Don’t know if they have staff issues but it is not what it was a year or two back. I know I wouldn’t want to work with that Robert guy. The piles of bikes not worked on is now bursting and I just brought my scooter to another mechanic after a week where they did nothing to it.
