Per un tagliando o revisione bisogna prenotare telefonicamente. Personale competente e mediamente disponibile, ma non sempre. Excellent workshop, normally the dealer. Quite expensive for both accessories and clothing and not exactly well stocked. For a coupon or revision you have to book by phone. Competent and average staff, but not always.

Infatti, dopo la richiesta di assistenza per la risoluzione di un problema oggettivamente evidente, l'officina si è discostata dall'approfondimento del problema riconsegnandomi così il mezzo in fretta senza aver realmente cercato la risoluzione della problematica. Problematica risolta grazie all'assistenza di un' altra officina successivamente. Mi trovavo su via Cola Di Rienzo ed avevo appena ritirato la moto dal mio meccanico di fiducia. Panico! Spingo la moto fino da Nardi Moto, che sulle prime mi mostra un po’ di scetticismo visto che sono strapieni di lavoro ed appuntamenti. Mi demoralizzo un po’, ma non ho alternative. La lascio (con le pive nel sacco) certo di riprenderla dopo una settimana, spendendo un capitale. Venerdì mattina alle ore 11:30 mi arriva un sms “la moto è pronta”. Gaudio e tripudio. Vado a ritirarla e la sorpresa delle sorprese: totale 39 euro. Cioè mi hanno salvato la schiena stando a 0 metri dal luogo del misfatto, mi cambiano il cavo frizione della mia BMW e mi hanno chiesto 39 euro?
