★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da loro una Moto Guzzi V7 III Stone..L'avevo ordinata a marzo, versione night pack, ma purtroppo, causa Covid, l'ho potuta ritirare a metà maggio. Anzi nel frattempo ho cambiato anche idea sul modello preferendo la versione Stone normale. Il proprietario, Roberto, mi è venuto incontro regalandomi anche un accessorio originale a me molto gradito. Piu un casco.. Grande professionalità e cortesia anche da parte di Ylenia, veramente in gamba.. Anche i ragazzi dell'officina mi sono sembrati professionali. Mi hanno invitato a passare anche prima del tagliando dei 1500..così anche solo per un controllo..cosa che ho fatto e che ho apprezzato.

 I bought a Moto Guzzi V7 III Stone from them..I ordered it in March, night pack version, but unfortunately, due to Covid, I was able to pick it up in mid-May. Indeed in the meantime I also changed my mind on the model, preferring the normal Stone version. The owner, Roberto, came to meet me, also giving me an original accessory very welcome to me. Plus a helmet .. Great professionalism and courtesy also from Ylenia, really smart .. Even the workshop guys seemed professional. They invited me to go even before the 1500 coupon .. so even just for a check..what I did and I appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 27.07.2020 ho stipulato presso di Voi un contratto di acquisto per un Liberty 150 che e' risultato il piu' conveniente sul mercato anche al di fuori dei confini regionali. Ylenia, la venditrice, professionale e cordiale,e' sempre pronta ad accogliere il cliente con il sorriso sulle labbra, fornendo risposte chiare ed esaurienti. Anche al momento del ritiro (e in ultimo ieri presso l'ufficio ricambi per prendere il parabrezza non disponibile alla vendita) ho visto confermate le buone impressioni avute circa la corretta gestione ed efficienza del Vostro punto vendita. Fatto che ha motivato l'acquisto di un altro casco presso di Voi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi assegnare un punteggio inferiore a ZERO lo fare i molto volentieri... Scooter comprato il 21 settembre 2020, ben 5 volte l'ho dovuto portare presso la loro officina per la riparazione, per un totale di più di tre mesi di fermo del mezzo. Mi è costato soldi del taxi perchè sono rimasto a piedi, tre volte l'ho riportato con il pieno e per tre volte lo hanno riconsegnato con il serbatoio vuoto. Sono riuscito a farlo aggiustare soltanto mettendo in mezzo l'avvocato.
Neanche la decenza di rimborsare le spese o prolungare la garanzia e premetto che sempre l'AVVOCATO gli ha fatto presente che è contro la legge riportare sul contratto una garanzia iniziale di soli 6 mesi.

In caso di assistenza o revisione è praticamente impossibile contattare l’officina perché non rispondono né alle email né al telefono. Richiamano solo a distanza di molti giorni. Dicono di avere dei mezzi sostitutivi ma non sono mai disponibili.. Meglio pagare il nuovo un centinaio di Euro in più ma non impazzire per le revisioni o le riparazioni.
Sconsigliatissimo.

They say they have replacement vehicles but they are never available .. Better to pay a hundred euros more for the new one but don't go crazy for revisions or repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato presso questa concessionaria un Liberty 125. Ho trovato professionalità,competenza e gentilezza da parte sia del signor Andrea che della signorina Ylenia. E in genere del personale con cui ho avuto contatti.
L'unica pecca ma, non dipende da loro, e' che ci siano grosse difficoltà nel raggiungerli telefonicamente credo per un problema di centralino che dovrebbe, a mio avviso, essere risolto. A volte il contatto telefonico permette di risolvere più velocemente alcune questioni. Comunque certamente consiglio questo concessionario per un acquisto.
