L	Luca C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scortesi e poco affidabili e professionali. la manutenzione della mia auto e' stata richiesta con largo anticipo e' stata effettuata frettolosaente e senza apparente benefici. quando poi ho richiesto di fare la revisione non mi hanno mai richiamato dicono perche molto indaffarati, facendomi perdere molto tempo e creandomi disagio non consiglio rude and unreliable and professional. the maintenance of my car was requested well in advance and was carried out hastily and without apparent benefits. then when I asked to do the revision they never called me back because they are very busy, making me lose a lot of time and creating discomfort I don't recommend

Già A 12000km noto che la frizione mi da dei problemo, mi reco presso l'officina e mi dicono che per loro è tutto ok. Mi reco una seconda vota per il tagliando e oltre a riproporre il problema della frizione, chiedo se è possibile sostituire un sensore perché non funzionante. La risposta è stata: la frizione non ha nessun problema ed il sensore non si può cambiare poiché la macchina ha un graffio sul lato del sensore. Peccato che il graffio non c'entra nulla e tra l'altro c'era già da un anno mentre il sensore non funziona da qualche mese. Per la frizione ovviamente mi sono recata altrove dove hanno confermato la mia tesi sulla problematica rilevata. Giudicate voi! Too bad that the scratch has nothing to do with it, and by the way, it had been there for a year while the sensor hasn't worked for a few months. For the clutch obviously I went elsewhere where they confirmed my thesis on the problem detected. Judge for yourself!

Onestà nei prezzi più alti altrove, chiarezza nel lavoro svolto e puntualità. Poi il tocco finale nella sanificazione fatta davanti ai miei occhi con cura e professionalità secondo le norme vigenti. Tornerò di sicuro. Sono soddisfatta di aver scelto loro per ilio primo tagliando alla mia Panda. Un trattamento che fa invidia alle grandi concessionarie dove sei solo un numero. In piu molto corretti sia nel descrivere il tipo di intervento sia nel rilasciare sempre le relative fatture. Per completare, ambiente ordinato e pulito, cosa davvero non usuale. Unica cosa strana rispetto concorrenza per la revisione invece di 30m di attesa ti dicono che ldevi tornare dopo ricezione del loro SMS che ti avviserà che è l'auto è pronta. Macchina ritirata il giorno stesso. Ambiente pulito e personale MOLTO professionale. Prezzi onesti e documentazione ampia su tutti gli interventi che sono stati fatti, fattura ecc. Molto soddisfatto del servizio reso... tornerò sicuramente! I had to bring my 500 for the first service. Ultimamente ho avuto una grande scocciatura con la mia macchina e dovevo risolvere al piu’ presto (la parte del retro aveva un danno non indiffetente!) e lui mi ha subito assistita con una consulenza approfondita, e poi in tempi brevi mi ha risolto tutto, onestissimo con il prezzo!! Consiglio lui e la sua officina a tutti!! Fabio is very helpful whenever I have any kind of problem with my car. Fabio ed i ragazzi della officina si sono presi cura della mia macchina con cura e professionalità estrema. Bel posto pulito ed ordinato in cui fanno bella mostra di loro le pattuglie della polizia in manutenzione (spettacolo!). Servizio veloce. Prezzo più che onesto. Grazie Fabio, ci rivedremo tra 20mila km! I have a Renegade 4x4 jeep that I keep like a jewel despite its 6 years.
