F	Francesco De gennaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto la macchina alle ore 9.00 del mattino, mi dicono che nel primo pomeriggio l avrei riavuta senza nessun problema. Non avendo notizie alle 16.30 li richiamo perché alle 19 avevo bisogno della vettura e mi dicono che sicuramente prima delle 18 e 30 la macchina era pronta. Non ricevo alcuna telefonata e aspetto il giorno dopo. Li chiamo alle 9 e mi dicono che la macchina sarebbe stata pronta alle 11. Alle 11 li richiamo e mi dicono di andare a ritirare la macchina nel pomeriggio. Gli avevo chiesto se era possibile lavare la vettura e rispondono di sì, al ritiro trovo la vettura sporca e non lavata come avevo chiesto, preventivo di 250/300 euro pagamento effettivo di 400 euro. Dovevano effettuare un semplicissimo tagliando e una piccola riparazione di una parte di un faro (con già i pezzi) e non sono stati in grado di farlo (faro esattamente come prima) una vergonga. They had to make a very simple cut and a small repair of a part of a lighthouse (with already the pieces) and they were not able to do it (I will look exactly like before) a vergenga. TO AVOID.
