La sconsiglio per le persone che hanno una chiara idea di quello che vogliono, perché secondo loro siamo noi che prendiamo casa in affitto quelli che devono cercare di soddisfare proprietario. Ci sono tant’altre agenzie che offrono un servizio molto più gentile e si impegnano molto di più. Per la precisione invece posso dare tutti i complimenti. Serious but unkind agency, they aim to meet the owner's needs and after the answer not accepted as a request they are not even interested in proposing another property. I do not recommend it for people who have a clear idea of what they want, because according to them it is we who rent the house who must try to satisfy the owner. There are many other agencies that offer a much kinder service and are much more committed. To be precise, however, I can give all the compliments.

Vi spiego in breve il motivo del mio scontento: la mia compagna ha preso appuntamento con voi (ecco perché non vi risulta il mio nominativo) per visionare un appartamento in via Pereira con un vostro agente. Siamo stati ad attendere in strada per più di 45 minuti senza che nessuno ci avvertisse del fatto che la vostra agenzia fosse in quarantena. Non avendo ricevuto risposta alle molteplici chiamate, siamo stati ricontattati in serata da una vostra collega che ci ha informato del fatto che l'appartamento addirittura era già stato affittato giorni prima quando ancora il vostro ufficio era aperto. Comunque credo che bisogni accettare anche questo tipo di valutazioni, per migliorare. In ogni caso spero che il mio tour, che avete dettagliatamente ricostruito nella vostra risposta, sia stato di vostro gradimento.
